I'm working on private sector now...but I want to work on governmentsector..so I try to apply KPLI for being a teacher..but I need toattend the MTesT tomorrow. The problem is..I didn't prepare anythingfor the test because I don't know what to read and practice. So, Ithink just go to that test and did what I know...

So, what do u all thing?any suggestion?

---I am working on a private( firm) now...but I want to work on (the) government (department)...so I am trying to apply KPLI before being a teacher...(therefor) I need to attend the MTest tomorrow. The problem is (that I am not prepared for the test) because I don't know (which book to read) nor practice. So, I think I'l l just go to the test and did what I do know...

So, what do you (think)?(A)ny suggestion(s)

morning everbody...its a very long time since my last visit in this thread..lately, i'm very busy with my job. and i'm also not feeling so well..actually, this thread can be a good meidum for us to improve our english. although i had worked for almost 5months, i still have a problem with my english especially when communicate with my clients. I have a problem when replying an email from them. I don't know how to arrange my sentences, my grammar, when to use were, was, and when need to use had, has, have, etc. My main objective now is to improve and learn how to communicate in english in proper ways. only after that, i can improve myself, thn start to build my carrier. I don't want to work in this current post, with this current salary forever. I want to find better job for for my future. But, to make it happen, i must improve my communication skills first especially in english language. Anybody can give me any idea what should i do to improve my english. What i had tried before is by reading english newspaper, watching english movies, and learn from book.

i don't know. maybe because a lot of benefits offer by a gov such as pension, etc. although the salary is lower than private sector. but for me, at this momment i want to gain as much experience as i can with private sector first.

thank's dexa because made some corrections on my grammar. i learnt something from it and i will find the thread that you mention. you help me a lot.

my english was very poor during my schooling time, i'm not even get credit for english in my spm..i only realised the important of english when i start worked for my first job. i speak english eventhough sometimes it's sound funny now alhamdulillah i can speak and write english moderately...what surprised me i managed to get band 4 on my muet test just short 5 points to get band 5...

when interview, you must look confident...
it doesn't matter your english fluent or not but you must relax and answer what ever they ask....
some interviewer just what to see our communication....they didn't border to our working experince.... please talk in interview and try ask a question.....
