Ia..kalau xde 500k jangan mimpi lah nak beli new double storey area kajang. Ecomajestic tu mmg mahal..MKH teres 22 x 65 pun dah 580k
rumah subsale yg dah 10 tahun pon harga sama baharu..

beli flat rumah prima je lah yg mampu.

i dgn husband mimpi jela nk beli teres kat selangor kl ni..last2 beli condo je 300k kat kajang..mengidam umah teres..lepas pencen jela.skrg tgh aim tanah lot lak kat area sabak bernam, tanjung karang, etc..pencen br buat umah idaman..x rasa nk duk kl lg lepas umur 55thn..skrg pun da rimas..

masih selesa naik mrt

kalau time akak pergi kerja dan balik kerja, boleh duduk jah, tak penuh sesak pun. tapi akak pergi kerja luar waktu puncak
kalau time betul2 peak tak sure la pulak...nanti akak try naik waktu puncak pukul 5-6 gitu..
semalam akak naik sharp pukul 5 petang,,, kosong jah tren... acik2 kepam belum sempat keluar ofis kekdah nya kot??

tp sejak MRT bukak ni.da x jem sgt jalan..semalam i pegi umah kwn kat jalan klang lama..selalu nk pegi umah dia ni amik ms sejam la nk redah OKR tu time2 blk keje..last2 20min da smpi dr bukit jalil

smlm lak i kuar opis kul 6.30..selalu mmg peak la time ni nak smpi umah di seri kembangan..last2 lepas pegi pick up anak sekolah n patah blk ke umah..amik ms 1/2jam je..

mmg heran la jgk..ingat kan i sorg..sekali kwn baik n husband yg keje damansara pun sama..jalan x jem sgt..semua org da pegi keje naik MRT ke? bagus la..huhu..org yg kne drive short distance ni x hazab sgt

station mrt paling dalam pula adalah TRX station

kalau route kerja biasa dari kajang ke KL, ikutkan semalam tak ketara sangat trafik berkurang, tapi hari ini macam trafik berkurangan based on time to work estimation dari google.
akak biasa drive pergi/balik kerja memang ikut estimation time, kalau more than 1 hour memang kakak tak drive and tunggu trafik ok sikit.

bajet kitaorg utk teres 500 ke bwh je..450-490k..kalau lbh..mmg xla..beli luar bandar je..or kat kg..umur dah kertu..anak dh 2..mahal2 sgt even lepas la let say loan..kne pk sama komitmen bulanan mampu ke x..kang bayar umah ribu2 sgt sebulan..xckup duit nak berlibur pulak

sister, stesen damansara itu walkable ke idok kalau nak ke DC mall?? ke nak kena naik feeder bus bagai?
