sebulan pose niii kedai roti kat rumah terus tutup... breadmaker tgh berehat heheh... tak tau nak makan masa bila... mayb nak try waktu sahur lerr

buat uli donat utk masa berbuka nnt heheh kejap je dah siap. hehehhe

salam sumer..

yumna org baru kat sini.. selalu tgk2 je thread f&r.. bnyk dah yumna try resepi2 kat sini ada yg jadik ada yg tak jadik (agaknya silap sendiri ) takpe kan yumna nak join kakak2 sume kat sini.. yumna pun baru nak cuba2 ke dapur.. sejak duk aussie ni semakin rajin tgk
board cari nih.. dulu kat mesia maleh masak buleh pi kedai..

baru ni buat roti kastard.. intinya tak sedap sgt pakai firasat sendiri.. saper tau buat inti kastard tlg bagitahu yumna key..







mod sori yumna tatau nak tecikkan pic.. dah pueh try

kalu kita nk buat roti krim, kita guna krim apa yer? adakah buttercream? whip cream? atau lain cream? minta tolong kakak2 sekelian criter skit pasal roti krim neh. sejak dr dulu lagi teringin nk buat, tapi tak buat2 gak.

saya try jawab yer,
pada pengamatan saya yg tak berapa pandai nih,
1. kedai roti pakai bread softener, ke ape nama dia, something like dat la, nk bg roti lembut utk tempoh jangka masa yg panjang
2. kaedah menguli, kene betul2 elastik gitu. kedai tentu pakai heavy duty machine
3. ...

heheh...seterusnya para sifu sekelian bulih la sambung yer ...  tq

roti kat kedai tekstur dia memang lain kan.....wlaupun roti yang saya selalu buat lembut, tapi roti kedai lainla...

maybe faktor2 yg adeknana senaraikan....

cuma baru tringat ada resepi roti naik sendiri, haah resepi ni even tak guna bread softener, tekstur dia seakan2 roti kat kedai....saya dah penah cuba, lembut gilerrr...besttt!!

roti manis resepi k.noor

x de oven, so masak guna non stick pan smartshop.
tapi atasnya x berapa cantik.
dibiarkan lama2, atasnya keras pulak.



400g tepung dpt 16 biji bun.
2 hari makan baru abis.

tak taulah kalau yg jual tu guna cream apa tapi maisya selalu guna resepi buttercream je.

memang akak uli guna tulang 4 kerat je...tapi roti-roti tu tak de lah lembut macam yg kedai punya tu..lagipun akak guna tpg gandum biasa je semuanya....

ishk susah nak jawab soalan ni....ada beberapa resepi yg maisya selalu guna bergantung pada keadaan ...kalau time rajin, guna resepi yg complicated sikit

Selalunya maisya guna
-Resepi Asas Roti dari Roshayati Johari - yg ni memang best( tapi selalu tak letak le bread softener dgn improver tu)
-Resepi 65C TangZhong Method Bread dari Florence - ni buat kalau time terlebih rajin sebab steps dia byk sikit
-Bun Sosej Berpintal dari kak Noor - guna resepi ni time low budget..resepi ni guna minyak je tak guna butter, telur pun tak guna

semua resepi ni rasanya dah ada kat archive
