CSKA Moscow appear to be preparing for life without Barclays Premier League target Igor Akinfeev.
The highly rated Russia goalkeeper has been linked to Arsenal and Manchester United in recent months and his club have indicated they will listen to offers for some of their star players this summer.
In the strongest indication yet that Akinfeev will be offloaded, CSKA's Brazilian coach Zico is said to be lining up his compatriot Helton as a replacement.
Brazil international Helton had been linked to Barcelona before Victor Valdes today agreed a new contract.
But he is still set leave Porto following their signing of Portuguese keeper Beto from Leixoes and Zico is ready to pounce, according to newspaper A Bola.
Akinfeev has many admirers, including Villarreal in Spain, and captains CSKA despite being just 23.
The excellent shot-stopper broke into the side at 17 and has also been Russia's regular No 1 since making his debut soon after his 18th birthday.
Meanwhile, CSKA president Yevgeny Giner admits he will listen to offers for his star players - including Chelsea and Manchester City target Yuri Zhirkov - so long as he had enough time to build a new squad ahead of next season's Champions League campaign.

Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves could be back in action as early as October, according to the Daily Star.
The former Bayern Munich man has endured an injury-ravaged career, since arriving at Old Trafford in 2007, and it had been feared that he may not play again this year.
Hargreaves suffered a knee injury last September that ruled him out of the whole of United抯 campaign and resulted in him having surgery on both knees.
Whilst the Red Devils went on to claim another Premier League title without Hargreaves, he was missed, particularly in the Champions League final, when Darren Fletcher was suspended.
However, the 28-year-old looks set to hand manager Sir Alex Ferguson some rare good news by reporting for pre-season training in July.
The British tabloid also reports that Hargreaves will inform Ferguson that he will be ready for first-team action in October, months earlier than originally planned.
Despite making only 25 starts for the club, Hargreaves has claimed a Premier League and Champions League title during his spell at United and he has insisted he will return a stronger player.

The La Liga side will travel to Old Trafford on Wednesday, 5 August, for a game which will kick off at 20:00 BST. The friendly follows July's four-game Asia Tour, and sets Sir Alex Ferguson's side up for the Community Shield clash with Chelsea at Wembley. |
