I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
I've learned that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.

I've learned that you can get by on charm for about fifteen minutes.  After that, you'd better have a big willy or huge boobs.

And I've learned today that  regardless how hot and steamy a relationship is at first,  the passion fades, and there had better be a lot of money to take its place!!!

Some people simply cannot talk straight. This is very often ethnocentric. I also realise that such people are also insecure people...they blame others if not the rest of the world when all it takes is a simple " sorry, I don't know"

It goes to show  that a good relationship needs a firm foundation...then only it may last a lot longer. That built on shaky ground would soon come tumbling down. So what would you refer as firm foundation?
