kadang2 tengok badan sendiri pun takut...

memang elok gi gym pada yg badan kurus even dah makan byk..tu yg aku penah dgr doktor ckp..bila gi gym tu..daya stamina lebih stabil dan kesihatan akan lebih baik..yer laa tak semestinya bila kurus kita tak akan kena darah tinggi, kencing manis bla bla..kan..so better ko pegi memana gym and tanya instructor kat sana..dia leh beri good info bab ni ..jgn malu bertanya dgn fizikal camtu..all the best! |

saya after bersenam jarang pulak lapar berlebihan ni, after joging ke, after swimming ke.. sama je
b4 bersenam i akan makan sumthin la.. mcm telor rebus+lada sulah ke.. buah epal ke.. kacang ke..
so takdelah masa bersenam terkuap2 atau terlenguh2
after bersenam i akan minum air sejuk (dlm peti ais)
i akan minum dlm 3-4 gelas
one more thing kalau u perasan kan, after bersenam u akan rasa kenyang
sb glukos & lemak berlebihan akan dihantar ke seluruh otot badan masa bersenam
so rasa lapar kurang
& kalau u all noticed kan.. kalau u all take dinner ke after senam u all cepat kenyang |

ermmm mesti mahal kan kalu join fitness center nie...... kalau fitness centre yang cokia berapa gamaknya....bukan tahap cf or philip wain..?? |

usually 15 minutes before senam i will eat oso.. to maximize my performance dalam sukan2 ni ha..
carbo akan diconvert ke glycogen utk simpanan, n ditukar kepada glucose dan direlease kan ke bloodstream kita ... utk kegunaan badan kita, then
after kita bersenam atau aktif.. ia akan jadi lactic acid then reconverted back to glucose..
lebihan sugar akan distore as fat (paling teruk fat cell ), |

I tak pernah join any fitness center cuma feedback from my neighbour.Fitness First di The Curve more convienient and better service compare Celebtiry Fitness One Utama tu. |

Fitness first memang lagi berbaloi...walaupun kita tak ambil personal trainer...tapi trainer selalu datang kat kita bagi nasihat..motivation.. |

yg i perasan, bila tgh exercise and soon after, lapar yg beria2 kat dlm keta on the way to the gym tu dah tak de, but about 10 mins after minum air...whoaaa....kembali dgn girangnya rasa lapar tu!
and i also notice, if tak amik carbo byk during dinner, pagi bangun tak selapar if the night before dinner carbo byk.
p/s i just bot a headset for use at the gym...best gila! tak rasa masa berlalu while watching Friends and O.C. on Starworld! |

nasib baik takde alami rasa lapar lepas exercise
biasa amalkan makan dulu sblm gi gym
samada susu, wholemeal bread atau buah
tenaga cukup stamina pun ok |
