oic...camtu erk det.....kitorg slalu makan diluar, slalu kalu bfast dia suka makan mihun+mee+ktiew pastu telur goreng, karipap 1-2 ketul....byk kan? this morning i tukar bfast menu dia to 1 slice of papaya and watermelon... |

kalo bleh bekpes tu makan yg berkarbo skit ntuk tenaga wat kije.. tghri nk makan nasik pun xpe tp lauk tu jgn la yg berminyak..
makan sup ke.. atau lauk ikan/ayam bakar..
tembikai ngan betik pun ok.. nk tukar menu pun xpe.. amik oren ke green apple ke |

sayur-sayur mmg berserat.. terutama sayuran hijau mcm sawi, bayam, brokoli, ~~ berserat tinggi..kangkung, kailan.. sayur lain seperti salad, lectuce, seleri, labu...dll lagi.. |

det...papaya & watermelon tu dia makan for lunch sbb pagi tadi dia tak sempat nak bfast....hari nie dia full day meeting....nak mkn pun tak sempat...air pun tak dpt minum byk....
kat sini sarapan biasa2 tu adalah...sup & ikan bakar pagi2 takde rasanyer.... |

i know lina...after i found out about it, i dah kurang makan karipap....tapi dia makan jugak....that's our fav kuih...now have to tell him karipap once a week sajer.... |

lina pun insaf dh skg ni... dulu makan karipap 5-6 ketul sekali hadap.. x puas.. sedapkn...1-2 ketul x cukup... skg ni kalau tgk karipap.. teringat kalori tinggi.. terbantut nak beli.. sekali sekala bleh la.. mcm pisang goreng gak.. tinggi kalori.. dgn minyak2nya... sekali hadap mmg byk... skg ni lina kurangkn .. cheat day je mkn... hihi kalau idak, hehari mkn pisang goreng.. kalau balik anto anak sek, lalu kedai jual pisang goreng tu... tahannnnnnnn je.. pandang jer kedai tu..huhuhu.. camtu gak perasaan lina terhadap nugget.. hihi.. byk tul lina makan dedulu... |
