sy ade sedikit kemusykilan.
last month ade org on behalf of standard chartered called, dia offer prudential policy khas utk stan chart pnye customer.
sy agree utk amik insurance tu, but sy tak disclose any personal information especially bank account no via phone. bila sy agree, dia siap bacakan clause and suma lah...dia ckp later if sy nak claim pape, bole dengar balik our conversation yg dah di record tu.
sy cuma curious, cara ni mmg diamalkan oleh prudential ke? ataupn ni scam je ni?
risau sebab after 14 days, policy tak sampai pn lagi kat rumah.
and no yg diberi 03-74908128, bila call xde org jawab pn 
help me pls! |

Itu BancaInsuran tu ... tiada kaitan dgn Prudential yg dibawah agency punya produk.
Tapi saya suggest kalau nak ambik Insuran/Takaful better go thru agent ... lagi convinient ... |

sy dah terima policy, but suspicious jugak la.
sy try check policy no dekat line customer service yg ade dlm website prudential (03-20318228), but dia ckp invalid.
mcmana bole invalid, padehal policy tu under prudential, letterhead suma guna prudential. |
