Dulu mkn glutaking je.. lps tu baca sana..baca sini..da x brani nak amik local product kalau x masuk farmasi..

Tp pernah mkn vit c shaklee n esp. Memang cerah skit n bersih kulit..member2 pun tegur.. ingat nak start mkn balik..

Esp tu kenyang pun sama..so x de crave nak makan karbo.. boleh bantu turunkan badan..

Da turun dr 66.5 to currently 62 setelah 3bulan.. X byk usaha sgt pun.. Ttp mkn nasi,  cuma control amount.. Org kata 1 portion hidangan nasi saiz penumbuk kita..pdehal kenyang je,  tp awal2 dlu rasa x puas.. 2 -3 hari main badminton or joging sket2.. Target nk tukr nombor 6 tu jd 5..hrp2 trcapai r dgn bntuan bulan ramadhan jap lg

U masih diet 1 meal a day ke?dh turun berapa kg?respect u boleh tahan i nk turun lagi 5kg ni punya la susah

Masih lagi, so far dah turun 5kg since amalkan benda ni.. kadang2 sbb dah terbiasa makan sikit breakfast pun boleh tak habis tp kena paksa jugak makan sbb takut takde energy. Air gas mmg stop habis, fast food pun mmg tak sentuh, kalau minum air manis like coffee or milo cuma once or twice a day.. lain2 mmg bedal air kosong je

sapa yang diet bulan pose ni? kita ada buat atkin start first day pose hingga today. tapi kannn berat turun banyak sgt.. takut plak iols.

17/5/2018 - 75 kg
30/5/2018 - 67 kg

8 kg in total, selama 2 minggu.. normal ke camni? iols takut apa2 efect je

Izin kan I kongsi my experience.

Dua bulan lalu I operate gigi and meninggalkan 1 lubang. selama 2 bulan ni memang I tak makan nasi. I hanya makan mee or roti cicah air or anything yang lembut. Takut makan nasi sebab takut biji nasi masuk dalam lubang bekas gigi tu.
Lepas puasa ni I timbang and I lost 5 kg.
Lagi satu i tak minum air manis. Hnaya minum air kosong or green tea.

Aduhai..kenapa sendu sgt tered ni...setelah berapa lama di luar keinsafan. Akhirnya iols datang balik untuk kutip semangat. Semuanya terjadi apabila iols ambik gambar dengan geng2 opis. Selama ni memang sedar berat dah naik. Tapi iols buat derk je..mls nak layan.  Tengok gambar tu..luluh rasa jantung. Mak ai..kenapa peha iols sgt2 la besar..memang tak tally dengan muka. Sebab muka iols ni kategeri muka cengkung..

Terus mai semangat nak pegi gym kat opis. Kalau tak, setahun dah gym tu siap dan di buka untuk pekerja, tapi iols sekali pun tak jengah. Tapi malas cakap besar lagi la. Sebab iols ni sejenis ummah yang hot2 chicken shit...

Hari ni masuk hari ke 3..pegi pun lunch hour, sebab tu je masa free. Dalam 1/2 jam je..sbb kalut nak masuk opis balik...Tapi hari ni kelaut sikit. Sebab pagi tadi member bagi 2 bungkus nasi lemak. Satu mkn pagi..satu mkn tengahri..harap2 esok masih ada kekuatan tu lagi. Target iols untuk kurangkan lilitan peha je...

Check in semula thread ni setelah naik 2 kg lepas raya. Masih lagi diet atkins tp kali ni iols buat fasa 3 sbb x lalu nak makan menu fasa 1. X pe la lemau pon janji mood nak diet tu ade. Tp masalahnya, belum lagi cukup 5 hari diet iols dah cari tarikh utk cheat dan merancang menu2 utk cheat. Macam mana la nak kurus ni.
