KOTA SENTOSA: There was no surprises at the Kota Sentosa nomination centre with it being a direct fight.

Kota Sentosa incumbent Chong Chieng Jen who is also state Democratic Action Party chairman is facing Sarawak United People's Party Public Complaints Bureau Chief Wilfred Yap.

Dudong Constituency is a five-cornered fight among DAP incumbent Yap Hoi Liong, direct BN candidate Datuk Tiong Thai King, STAR candidate Mary Tiong, independent candidate Casper Kayo and independent candidate Dr Benny Lee, formerly SUPP member. Independent candidate Datuk Raymond Nanyang fails to turn up.

menang tanpa bertanding tak semestinya semua penduduk situ sokong BN...tapi sbb pembangkang yg lemah.
ramai je generasi muda yg dah tak sokong BN tapi masalahnya takde pembangkang yg nak disokong

6.45am: The DAP in Sibu have already started getting ready for nomination.

They will field four candidates - Irene Chang (Bukit Assek), David Wong (Pelawan), Stanley Chiew (Bawang Assan) and Yap Hoi Liong (Dudong).

The supporters and the candidates will gather at Rejang Park Square here in front of their office before proceeding to the nomination centres.
