    Memang telan air liur je la tngok ni cindai. Kat factory stoke-on-trent pun mahal gak..aritu I tngok klu nk bli 6 cups set plus this set riban-riban RM gak. And that's 2nd quality. kalau ada kereta lagi senang nak ke sini, sbb mesti borong berbondong2...hehehepublic transport payah sket... kitorg slalu p naik bus lompat2 tu jer, takde bus express, train ada tapi jauh sket dari Clarks Vlg tu...


klu p swindon or gunwraft quay (dua2 ni pun outlet gak, ada kedai clarks gak), bleh naik train sbb station dia sblh jer

    cn7, can i ask u something?sbb before ni i travel never claim VAT refund (rugi sgt?,and baru ni je i g phuket,baru i claim VAT tu,boleh explain ta ape kah sebenarnye VAT refund tu n nape kite dpt erk?and kalo kat euro brape minimum purchase baru dpt?n how about london?coz i bet i will spend a lot kat london since ramai kate london murah kan???hehehehe

soalan pertama, yes you can.

soalan ke 2? VAT is tax yang EU citizens have to pay to the govt, but as a tourist, u boleh dapat refund bila buy goods from EU (or any countries yang take part la). If you are a tourist & staying in EU not more than 3 months then you are entitled for it. Kalau ikut kata orang Gucci tu, the Italians pay this tax for 'the tourist to enjoy shopping... for exact definition, kena tanya org lagi expert la....

minimum purchase, depends on the store itself. No fix amount. Contoh kat Printemps, Euro 175 minimum baru boleh claim. Kalau kat Tie Racj, purchase GBP20 pun dah boleh claim. It varries. And you boleh claim balik sama ada dalam bentuk cash or CC, and they'll refund the money within 3 months after you left EU (for CC).

kat singapore, claim VAT dia mudah, they just wanna see the receipt. Kat Paris & London, they want to see the GOODS & the receipt as well.

rate VAT ni pun bergantung .... selalunya antara 12% macam tu...some reported to be higher but from my exp, 12%.

Clarks Village kat area South West of the UK... about 3 hrs drive from London...

sama je mcm factory outlet yg lain (e.g. Swindon, Bridgend, Cheshire Oaks, Gunwharf Quay)... tapi taklah semahal Bicester Village...


cuma, kat clarks vlg nih, ada kedai Clarks yg besar...lebih byk pilihan, dan selalunya lebih byk sale
