xpe, jgn risau kalau betul dari cimb aviva.
mgkn eymazaki ade pakai CC BSN kut..tu yg diaorg promote based on CC tu...

setiap policy insuran ade tempoh bertenang...
so, bila sampai nanti, baca betul2, kalau puas hati coverage dgn harga, go on, kalau rasa tak sesuai, bawak policy ke HQ yg dinyatakan dalam policy, surender...duit pun akan dpt blk dlm tempoh tersebut.
kalau betul tu produk insurans @ takaful, xde masalah sbb semuanya under BNM, ape2hal yg musykil, boleh bawak ke unit aduan kat sana...

kecuali kalau eymazaki terima tu adalah kad keahlian, kad loyalty dan ape2 kad yg dipromote by telemarketing...tu mgkn agak susah skit nak deal...

yang jadi masalah sekarang dia buat urusan melalui call sj,tu yg buat sy ter pk tu blh pecaye ke,sbb de kw terkena,via call jugak,kata bulan2 tarik puluh2 je,sekali dia tarik 250 sebulan...

better jumpe face to face, biar kite tgk sendiri quotation n coverage ape yg kite dpt tu.
lagipun, adlh penting utk kite ambik insurance dgn org yg kite kenal dan percaya

cimb takaful aviva ni betul, boleh amik. tp aku rasa mahal.. RM50 utk cover PA rm100k, tmasuk isteri anak2 nye benifit.

tp aku rs lain2 PA, RM5-10 je, boleh cover dlm amount yg sama.

    salam TT..

kinna pon dapat call utk cimb aviva.. rm30 utk sendiri..klaau rm50 utk seluruh keluarga..

tapi kinna x ingat..sekali rm50 or setiap bulan rm50,,,, sbb x perasan bila dia potong drpd akaun cimb... ( cuai sikit)..


story nak share,...

kinna dpt policy tu 2 minggu lepas akad setuju from phone juga..

nak jadi cerita..kita masuk spital 3-4 bulan lepas ambik cimb aviva tu..

cuma diorg proses claim lambat giler...

kinna submit by hand kat jln tunku abdul rahman... after seminggu baru mereka update dlm sistem...

lepas tu borang tu kata x complete..mereka pos borang baru guna setem biasa... posmen hantar 2 minggu kemudian...

then bila dpt, kinna isi n hantar sekali lagi by hand kepada mereka...

skrg mereka kata.. claim akan clear dlm 2 minggu dari skrg...

so, maybe sblm raya akan dapat...


cuma MRI punya resit tu x ori... mereka x nak bayar rm600... sbb policy kena hantar resit spital yg ori.. ( yg ori dah hantar kat PERKESO..) ...

yg lain semua ok.. so, dia akan bayar kita claim yg guna resit ori aje... maybe x sampai rm1k..

yg penting ada policy..leh claim spt dijanjikan
