U makan magnesium tu membantu ke tidur? I having sleep disturbances. Satu malam 4,5 kali terjaga. Tapi bile makan mag ni, badan i la pulak bloated. Hisshhh mcm2 bila dah tua ni.

not sure adverse effect, but to me, i rasa lebih baik in terms of mood swings, endless hot flashes, vaginal dryness. Its not like denying menopause, just slow it down. I still wants to maintain at least 2x a week being intimate with my husband and of course to reduce the risk of uterine cancer. But, healthy lifestyle is major part of it, exercise regularly, watch food intake, way less sugar daily intake, so I think i like my current lifestyle. Enjoying my transition to 50s shy in a few months time. |

Kinda.. pharmacist tu ckp,mkn awal let say nk tdo pukul 10 ,mkn 1 hour earlier or 2 hour earlier..
Magnesium yg mkn tu byak tolong utk x terlalu overthinking,pk bukn2..more relax..yg aku perasan magnesium oil tu amat membantu jugak..lepas spray tu,mcam x tggu lama,mata da berat..tdo smpi pgi..mungkin jugak sbb aku combine 2,2 kot..sleep disturbance tu da pernah, penat kan.bdan nk rehat..tpi dok terjaga jaga
skang ni aku sdg dlm phase kerap overthinking bukn2..haihhhhhh..
Ko amek magnesium tu mcamana sekali 2 biji ke atau 1,1..Cuba try mkn 1,1...pagi 1,malam 1..make sure mkn dlu...kalu ko jenis suka mkn roti,kurangkan mkn roti..sbb kdg roti boleh buat perot bloated juga
Hurmm betul la tu..da tua2 ni buat ko pon x kenal badan ko sndrik.itu sakit.sana sakit.ini x kena,itu x kena..padahal kdg bila pk pernah je rsa mende2 tu semua pda bdan..it's just body kita jadi way too sensitive bila da umur gini.kinda resetting itself pon ye kot.new norm,bdan,sistem imun da x sekuat dulu so that's y kita kena adjust diri dgn keadaan bdan yg baru ni.. huhuhuuu good luck to us laaa |

Thanks for the tips. I baru makan skali dua pastu stop sbb bloasted tu. Tapi tak larat la tidur terganggu ni. Rasa cam nak mintal sleeping pills je kat doctor, but tak elok kan.
So i nak try balik makan magnesium. With proper food intake and timing.

Yes exactly,sama .I pon haritu pon rsa mcam nk p klinik mintak sleeping pill jugak..kdg nak nanges rsa sbb kita tau bdan kita da penat,nk rehat tpi mata terbuka je..
Siap pernah terpk,aku ni nape...da gila ke..mata pejam otak pulak bkerja.. haihhhh |

Ok. Aku dh pegi KK. Mula2 doctor tu mcm tak percaya aku dh facing preMeno symptoms sbb dia ckp period aku cantik tiap2 bulan & umur aku masih muda utk menopause so dia amik darah semua sbb dia ckp kalau ada thyroid pun akan jd symtoms yg sama. Result darah dh keluar. Semua cantik kecuali urid acid.
Doctor refer aku ke specialist di hospital sbb di kk xde facilities ni. Smlm dh gi hospital, dpt appointment date 27/8 nnti. So tunggulah bulan depan aku up date blk. Debor jugak sbb tak tau what to expect. Thx utk nasihat2 & pengalaman2 chuols. Girl power! |

Sy suggest awak try apricot seeds..bentuk kapsul.sy ambil tu tiap2 pagi.so far banyak membantu dapatkan mood utk bersama suami.dia mcm bg lancar la..xdela kering semacam kan.
Sy mulanya ambil biji aprikot ni untuk ubati fibroid dalam uterus.sebab baca banyak review positif dapat kecutkan etc.lepas tu rasa ngam dengan badan..tau2 lah umur 40an ni dah x segagah dulu.rasanya dia perbetulkan hormon kewanitaan kita.sy pakai brand ND.beli kat shopee je banyak |

Lupa weeyy nk update. Sorry sorry. Pakar cuma bg pil perancang sbb dia ckp boleh stable kan hormon. Dah hbs makan tu check blk semua dh ok. Period pun dh teratur. Mood swing pun kurang. Tp ada amik magnesium jugak. So far semua ok. And continue amik magnesium je sekarang. |
