baru2 ni anis pi wescourt kat bandar baru bangi tu..sebelum pi situ, anis dah byk kali kuar masuk kedai perabut sebelah menyebelah dgn wescourt tu.kat wescourt tu, anis jumpa katil yg anis dok cari2 yg tak ada kat kedai perabut sebelah menyebelahnya.pagi tu kiranya anis first customer wescourt ler, kedai baru buka masa tu...kayu dia mmg berkualiti la, nama kayu tu anis lupa  dan kemas la buatannya.mcm utk pasaran eksport saja kualitinya..

Mula2 cuak gak nak order sebab terbaca kisah2 kat sini yang menakutkan..tapi berkenan punya pasal dan anis dah merayau banyak tempat kedai perabut, tak jumpa design yg mcm anis jumpa kat wescourt ni dan akhirnya anis tawakal jer lah dgn mengorder katil tersebut  bersama tilam yg berkualiti dengan satu almari baju yg anis berkenan gak designnya utk anak dara anis..dia promise 5 hari bekerja akan dpt barang2 tu semua (anis order hari ahad)...alhamdulillah, jumaat jam 11:30 pagi semua barang2 tu sampai ke rumah dan tiada charge penghantaran dikenakan..pekerja tu bangla promise 5 hari, dan anis pun dapat pada hari ke-5 juga..

hati2 kalo beli leather sofa kat wescourt ni....sape dah terbeli bole la report ke tribunal....cepat gak meka solvekan ek......sebulan je

Manager awarded 50% of purchase price for PVC ‘leather’ sofa

SHAH ALAM: The Consumer Claims Tribunal has awarded a shipping manager 50% of the purchase price of a leather sofa set which was actually made of PVC.

The tribunal here decided in favour of Lim Swee Keong, 57, and ordered defendant Wescourt Design Sdn Bhd to compensate 50% of the purchase price of RM3,799 to Lim, who said he was satisfied with the judgement.

“For me its not the cash but basic business ethics. “People believe the firm sells authentic furniture but if it misleads buyers than the whole business becomes questionable,” said Lim.

He said he bought the sofa set in April 2008 and was led to believe that the item was made of genuine leather but after using it for two years, he realised that it was made of polyvinylchloride (PVC).

“On finding out that it was not leather but a PVC product, I went to the shop and the sales person agreed to replace it in June this year,” Lim told tribunal president Faridah Abrahim.

However, Lim added that after two weeks, the furniture store rescinded on its pledge to replace the sofa set giving the reason that it did not have a similar leather colour.

“The store offered a 50% discount for me to purchase a leather sofa set and told me to wait until the Hari Raya promotions,” he said.

Lim added that when he contacted the store, his calls were not entertained and on going to the shop, the salespeople avoided him.

“Enough was enough and I decided that the store should be taught a lesson on business ethics.

“I lodged a complaint with the tribunal on Sept 21 and I am glad that the matter was resolved within a month,” he said.

Wescourt was represented by its manager Ho Choon Choon.

aku pun baru je beli tv cabinet kat wescourt, mang penipu besar. janji nak hantar sabtu tadi.. lepas tu tak sampai2.. bila aku call janji nak call balik.. sampai ke sudah tak call2. lepas tu janji dan janji lagi.. hari ni dah hari khamis.. aku mang dah hangin gilerr.. barang tak sampai2. penipuu la wescourt nih.. aku surf kat internet mang ramai komplen pasal wescourt nih

rasanya baru berapa kali jea tidur atas tu

baru2 ni, anak sedara inang duduk, bedebuk, katil tu patah..
adoi sakitnya jiwa tgk katil yg tak berkualiti mcm tu :@

i pun baru je beli furniture,but not with wescort or cavenzi..

i setia dgn macy's and harvey norman serta ikea..hehehe

macy's service bagus and efficient,byr delivery pun rm60 dan x kira byk mana kita order..

sekarang macy's tgh buat sale besar2an,mmg worth every penny beli cause design diaorg i suka..

same goes with harvey norman,pricey sikit tp service puas hati,boleh keep our stock for at least 3 months without charges(my case sbb berpindah,hold dulu brg2 tu,smpi masa diaorg hantar on time),charges rm80 upon delivery x kira brp brg order...

nasib baik terbaca thread ni,dh tentu i x berani nk jejak kaki pun kt tmpt2 yg you all mentioned tu...

aku ni ex-salesman wescourt..ade dlm 6bln gak la keje kt situ..byk gak la buruk baik wescourt ni yg aku tau..kalau korang nak tau ape2 pasal wescourt ni, tanya je kat aku..delivery ke, kualiti perabot ke..

wescourt ni tak la buruk sgt sebenarnya..barang2 memang ANTARA yg murah..kualiti perabot pun ok..ade yg btul2 elok..tahan lama..tapi kalau bedroom set rege RM499, x payah expect la kualiti bagus..ini letak kat guest room ok la..kena pandai buat pilihan..

jujur ckp..klu korang nak bli perabot, elok survey dulu..jgn pergi 1 tempat je pastu berkenan terus bukak bil..merayau dulu..pergi kedai2 perabot lain..x rugi pun..maybe rugi duit minyak kereta sikit je..tp korang akan puas hati sampai bila2 ngn perabot yg korang beli..

...cian aku bce thread nie, sbb aku pun hmpir2 terkena...siap list down dh furniture mane nk beli tp dapat brg dia bg tempoh 2 weeks...mak aiii!!! lame tol...aku pun kelentong dia nak withdraw duit...udahnye...calibot blk ...smpi umh aku pun search la satu blog pasal westcourt...rupenye...mane2 tempt, tak kire penang ker, kl ker, ipoh ker..sume ada jer problm nye...mujur aku tak byr apa2 lg syukur...yg tak tahan tu promoter bangla tu siap kutuk cavenzi...kater problm pdhl komplot yg sma...korang perasan tak dimana ada kedai west court, di situ gak la ada kedai cavenzi...dekat2 jer..then iklan kt paper pun seakan-akan sama....diorg nie satu cmpny ker??? aku syor kn pegi kedai perabot biasa kt citu pun ada mcm2 patern siap leh tawar menawar lagi

xyahlah nk berjenama sgt...kedai perabut apek laei bagus dr wescourt tu..g2 semua beli kedai perabut apek setakat hari nie alhamdulilah bertahun pakai ...yg penting klau pandai pakai pandai guna menaafaat brg tu akan elok berkurun lama..contoh peti ais g2 beli brand LG dh nk dekat 13 tahun guna msh ok xda msalah start dr beli x prnh repair apa2 pun..kesimpulan nya setiap benda yg kt beli murah ke  mahal ke yg penting penjagaan tu yg diutamakan..

alamak...baru je aku mengorder meja makan putih semlm...dah byr deposit rm200..katanya sabtu ni nak htr...ahad ni family aku nak beraya...klu tak sampai sabtu ni punahla harapan aku...
