nashra, kalau pegi shopping complex cam jusco or metrojaya ke, pi area botol pigeon. kalau salesgirl tu tak tau pasal botol kaca, nashra pegang each botol pigeon tu. dia nampak cam plastik gak. pegang baru tau tu kaca. price ranging from RM 17 - 27. ikut size. tak de mahal sangat compare nak tau dia tahan lama n save. jenama lain tak pernah lak tengok yang kaca.

I came accross this thread about the +ve and -ve points in using sterlizer..me mmg a bit reluctant nak beli sterelizer, coz I think membazir, kalau nak pakai baik pakai steamer kuih tu ja..sama je function. Anyway, after reading this thread, I decided not to sterilize at all. A good read...hope this will help yu guys in deciding

phoenix beli bfree nye botol kat mum's care..mahai naak kat rm40..dahlaa wide neck..tp sbb baby taknak puting bfree or avent..and cam sesuai puting dr baby..so kena beli botol besa..beli botol nuk..terkilan sgt tak dpt guna botol bfree tu.. |

i jarang tukar botol unless dah rosak....tak terfikir lak bahaya kesan palastik....

after consult dgn my doc pasal sterelizer nie dier cakap,
1. jgn rebus botol susu - no good at all
2. jgn amalkan rendam botol lama lama - air ader klorin etc.berlendey kalau rendam lelama - no good
3. basuh ajek botol dan puting mcm biasa, yg penting basuh bersey2, then toss kan botol dan puting. biler dah kering, tutup botol dan puting ngn pentutup botol cam biasa.
sterelizing is not an essential, kecuali kalau baby tue jenis berpenyakit mcm lahir2 ader leukimia, HIV, etc.
normal baby, tak perlu sterelize pon,,,yg penting cuci bersih2 dan simpan elok2.
if we are talking abt sterelizing the bottles utk bottle-feed baby, why tiada manufacture yg buat sterelizer utk mother's nipple for breastfeed-baby pulak??? tak perlu kan.... this is marketing strategy by the way...
in terms of health, our baby will biuld up their own antibodi and all to fight germs themsef. sbb tue lah syarat pembersihan botol nie, cuci dgn air biasa dan sabun biasa, bersih2.

i think rationale kena tutup botol tue balik biler dah kering, so that no germs 'menyinggah' dkt botol2 yg telah diberseykan...

yup..i pon dah tergedik gedeik jek rasa nak perabiskan duit utk beli avent sterelizer dalam 380++ gitu.
lepas consult dgn doc penting ker tak penting sterelizer nie, i decided to opt for pencucian biasa ajek yg penting cuci bersey2....
jimat pon jiimat...prektikal....di mana mana sajer pon buleh... :bgrin: |
