Tak semua. My colleague still contactable utk system. Half of her cuti and twin lagi dia remote je yg involve complicated issue utk dia review.

Yeap. Rugi tak amek. Yang komplen2 ni pon sure amek if majikan memasing bagi cuti 90 hari bersalin fully paid.

Akak tompang gembira huntok acik2 swasta. It is so important huntok rehat secukupnya after beranak.

nanti i pertimbankan guna mesin timbang. sebenarnya i pun tak suka idea cuti bersalin 90 hari ni. keje govrement takpe. staf ramai.
pekerja swasta pekerja tak boleh pickup sebarang sebarang.

Tinndakan kerajaan ni mempercepatkan lagi process sistem automasi yang akan berlaku di seluruh dunia.

Ye betul. Lepas beranak, rehatlah secukupnya. And i percaya ramai je wanita dalam cuti 3 bulan tu, hujunh hujung tak sabar masuk kerja sebab badan dah kurus, lepastu tu lah masanya nak banyak me time. I selalu rasa time kerja tu lah my me time.

Kat gov siapa yang menanggung kerja orang bersalin tu akan dapat 1/3 gaji. Sebab tu bila dengar je kolig pregnant, boss akan start bincang siapa akan menanggung dia masa bersalin nanti. Kaya lah siapa dapat menanggung tu. dapat duit extra serta kerja extra huhu.

Tapi utk yg kerap sngt beranak tu, tolong la letakkan terms 3 thn sekali ke apa... ni trkena mcm dept iols dlu yg smpai ada 6 org preggie, 2,3 org jenis setahun, setahun 1/2 skali beranak, annoying jgak... plus point MC memanjang time mengandung... iols bkn tak faham, smua org lain2 pengalaman, tapi tu lah, nak ckp lebih2 bab ni, nnti kena kecam teruk.. so iols brsabar je la

Company iols mmg maternity leave 90hari tp limit sampai 5 orang anak je.

Ada staf 6 anak pun still dapat case to case basic. And company aku mostly 70% perempuan.
