Kena hadap bila dok apartment ni, tapi ngn maintenance fee rm250 tapi lif pon liat / susah nak repair taktaulah nak kata camne. Aku rasa orang ni dah terlalu geram tu yg viral kot.

cukai pintu adalah utk maintenance kawasan luar, contoh lampu jalan, perparitan, rumput luar premis, pokok.



hahaha ada jugak yg bengap kan. org gomen kat putrajaya tu nak fasiliti kelas satu, kena byr lebih sikit dah merungut sana sini.

tgk jgk keluasan permis dan bilangan unit yg ada. rmah aku maintenance 200 sebulan, swimming pool takder, gym hauk, security pon takat tunggu kat guard house jer. mahal pasal unit sikit + kawasan luas = privasi terjaga, bersih dan tak byk kerenah. byr lebih utk keselesaan.

Yg ni ala pr1ma tu..cabutan undi...bukak dkt penjawat awam je rasanya...hasben aku pon dpt ppa1m ni tp fasa lain..ada borang persetujuan utk potong maintenance fee dr gaji...yg hasben aku dpt pon agak mahal gk maintenance fee dia..tp tak ingat bape ringgit per sq feet

Oh. Tq. Baru tau potong gaji mentenen fee. N pasal sapa kayak beli tu, mmg target asal penjawat awam. Kalau take-up x tinggi, dalam contract developer n gomen (x ingat department apa dlm gomen, ke perbadanan mcm pr1ma tu), developer leh jual ke org awam

sukurlah rumah kecik iols maintainance sikit jah...

dan management terketar ketar takut kne marah klu lif selalu rosak

nak share skit bleh?
kakak duduk flat kg baru tu je. sebelah LRT tu.
maintainance fee RM85 sebulan.
hari2 makcik cleaner sapu koridor, mop lif.
alhamdulillah dah masuk November ni rasanya baru sekali kena ragaih panjat tangga tu sbb lif rosak.
flat lama takleh la expect nak tgk flat tu berkilat shining. terima dia seadanyanya.
ok tu je nak share.

Ooo ok faham2...yg brader ni post seruling...cabutan pertama..fasa plg awal...maybe penjawat awam beli kot sbb penjawat awam ramai yg xde rumah..kalau yg dh ada rumah atas nama pasangan pon ramai yg dengornya ambik..ye la mana nk dpt harga ppa1m ni skang ni...maybe fasa2 selepasnya ada yg x sold out...
