Makan buah and ambik nasi dalam portion sikit. Avoid susu pekat, air bergula, air berkarbonat, kek, kuih segala jenis kuih lah. Mula-mula memang akan rasa takde energy but lama lama akan terbiasa. If tak tahan, cuba kurangkan pengambilan gula slow slow. Contoh selalu sehari minum 3 gelas air manis kurangkan jadi sekali.

Masak barli mcm nasi pastu mkn dgn lauk mcm biasa. Yg desperate nak kurus try ni. Sebab I mmg ngamal ni juga. Elok tuk diabetes also |

U mkn ubat apa? If diet stop. Been there done that. Bila u consume barli tukar jadi nasi, memula mmg tak lalu mkn tapi lama lama best. Tak rasa lapar. Org kata barli sejuk tapi for me ok saja. At the same time I buat lemon n chia seed as detox. I tak minum coffee n only take green tea kalu lepak di luar. Seminggu sekali my cheat day I mkn fries, kek n benda manis.. |

oh... i don't take diet pills.. just prescribed pills by my specialist that probably makes me gain weight. Since I like barley a lot, probably I'm okay with barley instead of rice.. cuma x pernah makan dgn lauk... Teh I x minum sebab angin.. kalau amik teh I will surely sakit perut... I'm a coffee person. Kalo tak minum xbley hidup kot... hahahah... air pun I kuat minum.. 1 hari dalam 2.5 - 3 campur dgn chia seed..

nk lose lg 5 kilo utk ideal weigt. now x strict sgt, slow n steady je.
utk diet sy avoid minyak, santan n gula. minum lemon, green tea n plain water byk2.
pagi makan oats dgn protein, snack dgn buah, lunch kurang nasi lebih lauk2 kukus.
eksesais 3 - 4 kali seminggu (gym, zumba, jogging, tabata etc) |
