cheese lembutkan dulu..... simpan di luar at least 30 minutes
foil tu boleh double or triplekan supaya tak masuk air....selalunya tak lembab.... |

maybe lain-lain ingredients ikut market ye...... ada jumpa whipping cream halal brand Anchor tapi tak tau sedap ke tidak.....
kalau ada tulis microbial or suitable for vegetarian for me ok......... |

mmgla yoh dah lembutkan kat luar dulu, siap potong kecik2 lg...
still lama gak kacau kat double boil tu.. ingatkan ala2 mentega senang jer
lengoh tgn makcik..
tp kek tu, mmg sodap. member siap tempah 2 biji... itu yg ngisau nak kacau lelama nie..
nanti yoh double or triple kan aluminium tu lak... sbb buat cheese cake yg base biskut pun, cheese dia lembik jer... masuk air jugak kot... still 1 jam bako.. berhari dalm fridge pun, still lembik gak...
nanti tambah satu lg soklan, klau base biskut tu.. mentega byk mana yer...
sbb yoh buatkan, bila bako berminyak2 kat bwh.. terlebih mentega kot... |

aper bahan yg susah nak cari tue...?sumer bahan2 tu boleh di beli di supermarket....
cream cheese ,whipping cream, cari di bahagian sejuk....
mcm gelatin,cream of tartar....di bahagian kek2...mudah jer nak carik...
utk base biskut plak bulih guna aper2 jenis biskut yg anda sker.... |

Achik...looks delicious! Jadi tak resepi tu? Hari tu I try buat dengan cream cheese brand lain (store brand kat sini)....tak jadi..tak masak kat tengah, so I tukar balik guna Philidelphia creamcheese. Dengan berpuluh I buat ciskek, first time tak jadi bila tukar main ingredients. |
