alycia minat lah dengan Blueberry Custart awak tu...
selalu beli ajer kat kedai, xpernah lah buat sendiri...
dah alang-alang jenguk kat sini, boleh tak bg resepi nak buat tart shell tu sekali dengan Blueberry Custart... nak try... hubby pun suka gak ni...

ooo..pakai yang kat ataih tu ka...?  bukan apa...ada sesetengah org kan suka mencuba mcm2 resepi...pas tu akak tengok ada yg pakai whipped cream ada yang pakai takat cream cheese, gula & telur ja.....

sbb tu lah akak tanya, platinum pakai yang resepi mana sbb nampak cantik jer....

nak buat tart shell tu kan.....mould dia tu kena sapu any grease tak? cam butter ke ape ke.... sis platttt manyak ghajinnnn aaaa uuuuu.

Cara2nya I dah paste kat atas sana...kat bwh gambar tart. Tak payah canai. Cubit skit dan bulatkan. Pastu tekan dalam mould dengan ibu jari. Ratakan belah dalam dan tepi2 dulu. Then baru tekan dan ratakan yg terkeluar kat lekuk2 tu. Nampak mcm tebal tapi sebenarnya ok.

Resepi tart shell I dah paste kat bawah gambar tart. Custard tu pulak I guna instant custard. Lepas tu I taruk frozen bluebarry/raspberry.

Lagi sedap kalau taruk cream cheese filling. I suka guna resepi blueberry cheese by 1mas2ra.

I guna instant custard sebab cepat dan mudah.

Cream cheese filling pulak I paling suka resepi cheese filling 1mas2ra.

Tkasih plat sbb b'tahu.  Akak ada terbaca kengkawan kata kulit tart tu boleh buat awal dulukan then simpan kat balang ....so akak nak minta pendapat kalau akak nak buat majlis esok, bila masa yang sesuai akak letak fillingnya.....tkasih....
