tpg gandum = texture agak kasar skit..

bleh je gantikan guna tpg gandum, maklang sendiri pun guna tpg gandum...

cam biasa loyang mmg dah dilumur dgn butter & tabur tepung lah.  mungkin sbb terbalikkan masa masih agak panas kot nyer eh?  ye lah sbb loyang nya satu tu jer.. adnil bahagikan 1 adunan bakar 2 x.. still akan mencuba lagi.. tapi not too soon lah kot nyer..
tapi mmg sedap lah...

I rasa kan adnil...cara terbaik...supaya kek tak melekat pada loyang...yang i biasa buat...ialah dengan melapikkan kertas pada loyang dan barulah digris atas kertas tu dengan butter/marjerin...Insya Allah...kek takkan melekat...memang seeloknya lapik dengan kertas minyak...tapi kalau tak available...lapik guna kertas A4 je...then glis dengan marjerin...so far i buat...memang kek tak pernah melekat...ia akan keluar dengan mudah dan jayanya...cubalah ye...

balik kijer singgah kedai bli bahan2 kek..
then print resepi tepek kat peti ais..

pastu dgn gigihnya, mula la bancuh bahan nk wat Rv neh...
tp RV ai x menjadik..
mengapakahhh.....

ai ikut betul2 resepi JOB tu....

mohon jasa baik pakar2 kat sini...

btw, buttermilk tu ai letak susu campur lemon..
bukan guna buttermilk yg betul,,,

Hm..tak naik? kalau ikut resipi JOB tu step terakhir, soda bikarbobanat tu campur ngan lemon biar frizz kejap dan campur dalam adunan kek. At step ni takyah pukul lama. Sekejap je kacau rata ngan senduk dan boh dalam loyang and bakar.

Utk buttermilk lak, kite pun guna cara camtu

Haah, ikut resipi tu - 1tsp soda bicarbonate mix with 1tsp lemon/vinegar. mmg akan buih byk.
Ni ada sikit info beza soda bicarbonate n baking powder:

Bicarbonate of soda is a pure leavening agent. It needs to be mixedwith moisture and an acidic ingredient for the necessary chemicalreaction to take place to make food rise. Because it needs an acid tocreate the rising quality, it is often used in recipes where there isalready an acidic ingredient present, such as lemon juice, chocolate,buttermilk or honey.

Baking powder, which contains bicarbonate of soda, comespre-mixed with the acidic ingredient for you – so all you need to addis the moisture. The acidic ingredient most often used in baking powderis cream of tartar. You can make your own baking powder: simply mix twoparts cream of tartar with one part bicarbonate of soda. Baking powderhas a neutral taste and is often used in recipes that have otherneutral-tasting ingredients, such as milk.
