Aku penah tgk national geog, dia tunjuk belia sinagpork dilatih jadi askar kat hutan thailand, dia tompang hutan thailand utk berlatih sbb xde tempat kesian, tp point yg aku nak ckp askar2 spork mcm x mcm askar, mcm cina cina kat sungai wang plaza je... Langsung takde ciri askar yg sasa, berani dan lasak

budak nepal yg praktikal kat co akak dulu sekolah situ lah kot, beliau belajar kat kolej di KL ini, parents beliau dah balik nepal, pencen kot.
lama jua beliau cikcur di KL ini lepas habis study, sekarang dah balik nepal for good.

The Gurkha Contingent was formed on 9 April 1949 in order to provide a "strong-arm" within the Police Force capable of quelling civil disturbance and carrying out specialist security tasks. This role expanded to include VIP protection and initially included patrols into Peninsula Malaya to pursue the communist terrorists who were active there at that time. The original camp was on Duxton Plain, near the City Centre but the unit subsequently relocated to its current cantonment at Mount Vernon.

In 1978 the unit was reorganised briefly to form the Prison Gurkha Unit (PGU) but this was reversed and the Gurkha Contingent as it is known today was reformed on 1 April 1981 and its terms and conditions of service, operational roles and training were standardised. The unit continued to perform prison duties until a decision was made in 2006 to fulfil Police security duties only.

They formed the Brigade of Gurkhas and were initially stationed in Malaya. There were also a number of additional Gurkha regiments including the 69th Gurkha Field Squadron and the 70th Gurkha Field Support Squadron, both of which were included in the 36th Engineer Regiment. Since then, British Gurkhas have served in Borneo during the Confrontation with Indonesia, in the Falklands War, and on various peacekeeping missions in Sierra Leone, East Timor, Bosnia and Kosovo.[44]

Twenty-four people allegedly involved in last Sunday's riot in Little India have been brought to court to face charges on Tuesday morning.

The police said two more people have been released after investigations showed they were not involved in the riot.

The other two are an Indian national and a Singapore permanent resident. This means those who are likely to face charges of rioting are all Indian nationals.

The police had earlier rounded up 28 people, but found that two Bangladeshis in the group were not involved in the riot.

No Malaysian involved... Its just that he happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time

@OgreEmpat : maaf pak jgn terlalu excited. Yg di charge hanya Yindian saja.

Tapi kerajaan Singapore tak halau boyan. Kenape kena balik pulau bawean. Hang hantor la jawa2 yg negeri hang. Kalau ada boyan2 atau bugis2 yg merempat kat negeri hang...pi la hang hantor dorang balek.

Boyan, jawa, bugis kat Singapore tak ganggu hang.... Hang saja yg masih tak puas hati dgn jawa boyan bugis Singapore. Kenape la agak nya???

Ape masaalah hang....kesian cek tengok. Tapi tak pe cek layan je hang....
