Ashna,

Kalau tak silap resepi tue sama macam kat  philadelphi cheese punya cover. Aku dah cuba buat tapi tak jadi...manis giler. Macam mana kau buat boleh jadi. Nanti aku nak cuba lagi sekali.

ermmm..shida akak nk tanyer..blueberry tu kalo tarok lam filling cheese tu tak leh ker...maksud akak kite campur skali..tak decorate kat atas pas masak..

ermm..phm ke aper akak tanyer neh...ayat cm pusing2 jer neh..

kak mag, shida faham macam mana maksud kak mag tu. macam tu pun boleh jugak. kak mag letak separuh adunan cheese, kemudian taruk blueberry filling. ratakan. pas tu taruk adunan cheese. lepas tu baru bakar.

macam yang shida buat tu, blueberry filling taruk last sekali. dah keluar oven baru taruk.

tumpang tanye ye..agaknye kalau cheese cake mane lagi sdap n yg korang suke la..
yg jenis bakar ke or yg simpan dalam fridge smpai sejuk?;)

personally I like cheesecakes yang bakar tapi ini pun especially yang heavy tu selalunya simpan dalam fridge for a few hours or overnight sebelum dimakan.....

index..akak guna resepi yang shida paste tuhh...

shida...akak cuma tak puas ati pasai blueberry tu tak p ke tepi..wpon akak dh sudukan kat tepi2...dier dok himpun kat tengah le plak...neway..abes dh pon...hehehe..

Diana dah cuba resipi ini tapi lupa nak update kat thread nih :malu:.. Cheesecake ini jenis yang light, gebu dan lembut... ia tidak terlalu rich.. dan senang membuatnya... Diana juga tidak guna topping makan macam gitu sahaja...

  

JAPANESE STYLE CHEESECAKE
Sumber: 35 Cheesecake Recipes Variation by Yasaboga

Mix and sift:
50 gr flour (all purpose)
50 gr cornstarch
Ingredients:

60 gr unsalted butter
250 gr cream cheese, at room temperature
120 ml whipping cream
3 yolks
1 egg (whole)
2 tsp grated lemon rind
5 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
125 gr castor sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

topping:
2 Tbsp apricot glaze or jam
2 Tbsp water

Instruction:
Prepare a round spring form pan (22 cm diameter), line the bottom with bread paper (or parchment pa! per), grease with butter or margarine. Heat the oven at 150 degree Celcius.
Put together in a sauce pan: butter, cream cheese and whipping cream. Cook on low heat, stir until soft, remove from heat.
Mix in flour mixture, blend well. Stir in yolks and 1 egg (whole), blend well. Stir in grated lemon rind, blend well, set aside.
Beat the egg whites until frothy, beat in sugar and lemon juice gradually while continue beating until it forms soft peaks.
Spoon 1/3 of egg whites batter into cream cheese mixture, blend well. Fold in this batter to the remaining egg whites batter, blend well. Pour batter into round spring form pan, bake au bain marie (water bath) for approximately 75 minutes until the surface is done, golden yellow in color. Remove from ove, let cool on a rack.
After it is completely cooled, open the pan, transfer cake onto plate. Mix apricot glaze/jam and water, heat until the liquid is homogeneous and easy to brush onto cake. Brush the cake ! surface with this glaze, let cool.
