Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (optional)

Steps :
1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
3. Season the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp is evenly coated.
4. Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren't overlapping so they cook evenly.
5. Cook: Air fry the shrimp at 400°F for 5-6 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
6. Serve: Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer. Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.

RESEPI AYAM BAKAR BLACKPEPPER

Bahan-bahan:
* 1/2 ekor ayam (cuci bersih & toskan)
* Gula/ madu
Bahan B (dikisar/ ditumbuk)
* 1 batang serai
* 5 ulas bawang putih
* Sedikit halia
Bahan C (kuantiti sesuai selera)
* Sedikit sos tiram
* Sos cili
* Sos tomato
* Serbuk kunyit
* Lada hitam serbuk
* Lada hitam hancur
* Sedikit lada putih
* Garam
* Sedikit minyak masak @ minyak bijan
* 1 sudu besar planta
Cara-cara:
1. Gaul sebati semua bahan C kemudian masukkan bahan B dan gaul sebati lagi
2. Kemudian perap pada ayam sekurangnya 30min.
3. Kmeudian kalau guna gula, boleh terus masuk & kacau bersama dalam bahan perap tadi. Kalau guna madu, sapu bila ayam lagi 10 – 15 minit nak masak baru ayam nampak cantik berkilat.
4. Bakar dalam oven ikut suhu masing-masing. Saya guna suhu bawah 180c, atas 150c. Lebih kurang 1 jam 30min.

Kuih siput

Bahan2
1. 1kg tpg gandum xkisah cap apa² (sy guna bakers choice)
2. 1 peket serbuk kari babas daging spicy (25g)
3. 1 cawan majerin (sy guna cap pelangi)
4. 1 biji telor
5. ½ cawan gula
6. 1 sudu teh garam halus
7. Jintan manis & jintan putih (tiada sukatan agak² je blend)
8. Daun kari (gunting halus²)
9. 1 ½cawan santan..
Satukan semua bahan² gaul hingga sebati, masukkn sedikit air dan uli..doh jgn trlalu lembik jgn trlalu keras,sedang² ja.. Dah siap boleh terus terap kt papan acuan  golek² ja siput korg atas dulang , masa goreng nt tabur je daun kari dlm myk tu bg wangi.

RESEPI KUIH LAPIS SUKATAN CAWAN

Bahan-bahan :
2 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil garam
2 cawan santan pekat
1 1/4 cawan gula pasir yang dikisar jika tiada gula halus
1 cawan santan pekat
2 cawan santan cair
Pewarna merah ros
Cara memasak :
1. Gaul semua bahan sampai sebati. Kecuali pewarna ros.
2. Kemudian bahagikan dalam 2 bekas. 1 bekas tambah pewarna ros.
3. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang selapis biarkan masak.
4. Jika sudah masak, tuang lapisan ke 2.
5. Ulang sampai jadi berlapis-lapis.
6. Pastikan betul-betul sejuk baru keluarkan daripada acuan.

Budu Tumis

Bahan-bahan:
1. Dicincang/chopper:
* 1 serai
* 1/2 bawang besar
* 3 ulas Bawang putih
* 1/2” halia
2. 1/2 sudu besar serbuk cili
3. 3 sudu besar santan
4. 4 sudu besar budu
5. 1 biji limau kasturi
6. 3 biji cili padi
Panaskan sedikit minyak untuk menumis dan tumis bahan cincang tadi sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan serbuk cili dan tumis sehingga pecah minyak atau mewangi.
Masukkan santan dan kacau sebati. Campurkan budu dan kacau sehingga kuah kering.
Masukkan cili padi dan perahkan limau kasturi .
Siap untuk dihidang.
