sebenarnya tak susah nak sorok dari internal/external audit.. ini kerana ramai yang buat audit berpandukan checklist dan paper trails..  bodoh diorang kan?  sah-sah 'orang dalam' kalau nak menipu, biasanya dah kaw tim paper trails awal-awal..

of course la ada cara-cara tertentu..  tapi itu lah membezakan good auditors dengan yang biasa-biasa ni..  tak leh cerita la kan, trade secret ni, mana boleh ajar kat orang

it's not the auditors' job to find fraud.. they just express their "opinion"

do u still need mia mentor to be eligible as a mia member?

preferably... not sure whether it's compulsory
but just remember, if your mentor is not a member of mia, it's possible that he/she is not competent to supervise you

yes. you need 1 supervisor who is a member of mia.

so for acca, can this mentor (who is a mia fellow), supervise this acca student/affiliate?

can friend who has an acca be a mentor to her/his friend who actually working in a same company?

but please, i maksudkan org yg ada MIA boleh ke mentor budak acca? sebab syarat utk affilliate acca mesti ada 3 years working experience under supervision by someone qualified.

my husband is an MIA member... now dia keje as senior account exec. tapi apsal gaji ciput sgt haa?? klau nk harap makan besar sket.. mmg kene praktis amik license.. n jadi auditor ke?

aku tak faham sangatla.. xpriens dah 5 thn.. mmg he's very good in term of xprience. tapi maybe kurang dari segi communication skill (english)... everytime ada interview (currently seeking for a new job).. dia mesti dapat pegi sampai final stage interview.. kadang tu tinggal 3 candidate aje.. tapi last2 fail..

any good advice for him? he has to wait dlm 2 years lagi utk layak dpt license... tapi yg parahnye.. nk survive dlm 2 years more dgn gaji ciput kt small company camni. mmg rate mcm tu ke? mostly budak2 degree yg keje kt company secretary cam dia... mmg dapat ciput sangat. nk harap keje k'jaan je la.. tapi competitor melambak pulak...

gaji ciput tu bukan sebab dia akauntan, MIA member (atau tak), etc.  itu sebabkan majikan dia yang tak mau bagi gaji besar.  jadi, lebih elok dia cari kerja lain kalau dia tak mau duduk di situ lagi.

why not suruh dia masuk audit firms macam kpmg?  baru je minggu lepas kmpg keluakan iklan cari audit managers.  gaji pun lebat kalau dah level manager.
