Puding Karamel [nsutra]

Bahan2nya

Gula Hangus
3 sudu besar gula pasir
2 sudu besar air

Cara-cara
Masak gula pasir (guna api perlahan) dlm periuk hingga perang....then campurkan dgn air.
Masak smula atas api perlahan hingga gula hancur.
Bila sume dah hancur tuang dalam loyang....by the time gula hangus ni sejuk dia akan menjadi pekat dgn sendirinya.

Bahan Karamel
5 biji telor...                                                                  
3/4 cawan susu pekat manis...                                      
3/4 cawan air..                                                               
1 sudu teh esen vanilla...                                               
3 sudu besar tepung jagung (bancuh ngan sedikit air)   
secubit garam...                          

Cara-cara
Campurkan kesemua bahan2 karamel dan gaul hingga sebati....kacau perlahan dgn garfu.
Then tuang bahan2 ni ke dalam loyang yg sudah berisi gula hangus.
Jgn takut gula hangus tu bercampur ke apa ker.....
Kukus dgn api perlahan jer/steam bake dalam oven guna suhu 170C selama 1 jam or hingga masak

semalam sy buat creme caremel guna recipe kak nsutra...buat half jer dpt dlm 4 bekas dadih yg rendah tu....bagi sy sedap coz x manis sgt cuma dia keras nak mcm agar2 x bergoyang pun maybe sy terlebih buh tepung kot......

nak tanya lg, klo sy buh dlm bekas dadih tu gula hangus tu nak buh byk mana?sy buat semalam x rasa sgt gula hangus tu....pastu knapa dia x berapa cair ye?

sori klau over tanya soalan, bukan apa sy nak try nak tgk yg mana menepati citarasa....versi kak nsutra dah ok tp nak try yg lg best...to kak nsutra:tq:

leh sesape tlg bgtau apa maksud 1/2 pint milk resepi kak noor tu takk...

susu apa yg digunakan tu coz  ingat nk try buat jap lg..

telor guna 2 biji je(termasuk kuning dan putih telor)..
pastu tmbh lg kuning telor  2 biji..
susu guna susu cair dlm tin atau nk lebih sdp lg susu kotak fresh milk..
tu yg akak buat..
sifu2 lain sila tunjuk ajar kalau salah ye..

Resepi kak Noor..senang sngt,mmg tk der rasa telur sngt..buat masa valantine day makan kt balakon jer ...

fresh milk tkder..letak susu pekat tambah air..bolehlahh...
