hird nak mengamuk nih........
due date for payment on 5th june tapi tadi dah bayar hari nih (lambat sangat ke sampai dapat "friendly sms"). pulak tuh today 1th kan patutnya rate dia kembali normal kan? nih apasal makin slow nak mampus pulak. dl rate dah nyawa2 ikan. ada ke patut 2kb/s-10kb/s.
dah le loading pun ala2 boleh tinggal pc pi korek hidung dengan telinga pun belum tentu habis loading page!
hird tak puas hati, prob dulu pasai no connectivity pun tak selesai2 lagi...
btw, ini kaunter aduan kan?....kan?....

yupp..same here...dah kol dorang tanya knape masih ditahap dl speed capped ...harinih dah 1 hb..tapi masih capped..buat2 terkejut sbb akaun belum update ..hampeh tu...lps tu sruh cek esok ..klu still tak update akaun sruh kol semula..
customer service mmg friendly tpi not really helpful...dorang tak leh atau tk tahu buat apa2 kecuali ambik aduan shj... |

ok.. laporan keadaan P1 semasa kena capped..
untuk few days lepas dah reach limit- download speed still ok tapi towards the end nng tak stabil berlegar within 10-30kBps je
sesetengah website tak boleh connect contoh tinEye, mozilla addons- start 1hb - dah ok ..no problem dah masuk/ connect ke web2 tersebut - tak de lagi errror takes toolong to conect ekstra semer tu..
surfing stiil ok..tak de gangguan..
tapi skrg dah 2 hb- speed masih tak balik ke asal - bila kol jwpn akaun belum update...aiyoo takde reset button ke...setiap 1 hb automatically semer akaun dl/up start from zero balik ... |
