The objective of the Data Conditioning Project is to ensure all required data transferred from existing systems to the SAP R3 Plant Maintenance Module is correct and complete.

The PM data conditioning will be organized in 3 functional teams;

Equipment master (Hierarchical lists of equipment tags with associated information)

Work programs (Database that generates preventative maintenance work orders)

Bills of Materials (Lists of parts that may be required when maintaining equipment)
DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile data that has been downloaded (by others) from existing systems.

Gather and analyze information from P&IDs, other drawings and manuals to validate existing data.

Liaise with site personnel &/or visit sites if required to validate data.

Configure the data as directed to enable upload (by others) into SAP R3.

Resolve apparent conflicts and gaps with available data

Trade or engineering training.
