if one person dah ada bach degree in accounting... n now is trying to fished some parts of the ACCA papers..... if she/he wanna apply for a membership of MIA as a chartered accountant or maybe a licensed accountant does she/he need to gain experiences in an accounting field for three years or just apply directly to MIA without the experiences......

nowadays, tak ada licensed accountant status for new members.. cuma ada chartered accountant status saja.. kena ada 3 tahun pengalaman dan if degree itu dari universiti yang tak direcognised oleh MIA, kena ambil qualifying exam dulu..

3 taun gak... xde beza antara gomen/private
cuma setiap pengalaman tu mestilah at least 6 bulan

e.g

Jan 2002-May 2002- kerja kat co. A - 5 bulan ( x dikira)
Jun 2002- may 2005 - kerja kat co B - 12 bulan( dikira)
Jun 2005- Sep 2003 - co C - 4 bulan ( x dikira)
Oct-2003- Dec 2005 - co D - (27 bulan - dikira)
total = 27 + 12 = 39 bulan ( dah layak)

conclusion
makin byk tukar kerja makin laambat aaa esp kalo tukar b4 complete at least 6 month.

tak tau jawapan untuk soalan si foxey tu pasal minimum 5 tahun if kerja dalam sektor awam.. kalau sektor swasta, 3 tahun je..

pasal post gfc hari tu? he he he.. tak mau la.. itu namanya gali lubang sendiri kalu accept the job transfer.. so far, dia tak jadi resign.. anyway, kitorang dah ada backup plan..
