yup...chocolate, cheese & atas sekali chocolate...
tapi tak la tersusun elok macam kek lapis....
ps. chemp lebih suka banana cupcakes hari tu & semalam juga buat kek chocolate coffee cake (tak ada gambar kerana bergegas ke office) tapi lebih sedap dari muffin ni...nanti cari thread yang sesuai. |

Ingredients

Allow ice cream to melt at room temperature 30 min. Do not stir. Mix ice cream and flour together only until flour is moistened. Fill well greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden.
FOR RICHER MUFFINS: Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons cooking oil and 1/3 cup sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.

boleh tapi berat sikit le.
pagi ni shida buat kenny rogers muffin (corn muffin). sedapnya. cuma tak de honey je. shida gantikan dengan mapple syrup. dah rasa macam makan pancake le |

a'ah kak liza... hujung2 minggu ke or balik dr keje boleh buat muffin pisang nih
cume leceh sket nka kukus sbb muffin tray atie yg kecik jek muat letak lam kukus... dpt 6 biji jek sekali kukus...
cantik tul muffin epal tuh.. nampak sungguh mmmmmmmmmmmmm sedapnya..

memandangkan kat rumah ada banyak epal..so kak liza buat untuk majlis bacaan Yassin esok [Monday]..
kak liza dapatkan resepi ni dari :dia: ZACK
walaupun kkliza ada edit according to bahan yg ada kat umah..tapi hasilnya wallllaaaaa..mmg sedap..berbaloi membuatnya subuh2 adam tu..
n juta-juta lemon kakliza ucapkan pada zack yg sudi berkongsi dengan kak liza..
then kak liza pun share ngan adik2 kat sini...
APPLE MUFFIN
Resepi asal...Apple Strudel Muffins
Bahan A
300 g tepung gandum
1 s/k baking powder
1/2 s/k baking soda
1 s/k serbuk kayu manis [cinnamon]
sikit garam
190 g green apple dadu kecil
2 s/b kismis
2 s/b coklat chips
115 g butter ( or margarine ) kakliza used butter
100 g gula kastor
100 g gula perang
3 biji telur
1 s/k vanilla
Cara
1. Pukulkan butter , gula, dan telur sehingga sebati. Masukkan esen vanilla.
2. Ayakkan tepung, baking powder, soda bikarbonat dan serbuk kayu manis.
3. Masukkan epal dadu, kismis dan coklat chips. Gaulkan rata.
4. Masukkan dalam adunan butter dan gaulkan dengan senduk kayu.
5. Sudukan adunan dalam papercup dan bakar dalam pre-heat oven pada suhu 180'C selama 25 minit.
6. sejukkan dan hiaskan mengikut kkesukaan sendiri.
TIPS dari Zack: To make muffins that have fruits in it, make sure you add the diced/sliced fruits into the dry ingredients and mix it well until all the fruits are covered in flour. This will make sure the fruits are distributed evenly in the muffins when baked.
4. Make a well in the bowl containing the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Fold as gently,quickly and as even as possible. TIPS: In order to make great fluffy muffins, DON'T OVERMIX your dry ingredients and your wet ingredients. After both are mixed, the batter should be lumpy and NOT RUNNY .
5. Scoop in a prepared muffin pan, greased at the bottom side with butter/margarine. To scoop out batter, use an ice-cream scoop as a tool .
6. Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degress C for 20-25 minutes. Once baked take out from muffin pan as soon as possible, and leave to cool on wire rack. This is to avoid the muffins from getting soggy when cooled.
Serve warm
Recipe yeilds 20 muffins

then kakliza tulis semula cara yg kak liza buat..
aceli kak liza nak tulis cara dia..tapi nampak macam so komplikated jer..
so kakliza tulis according kak liza buat tadi..
senang jer..hanya gunakan hand-mixer nak sebatikan butter,gula dan telur tu..
pastu gunakan senduk kayu gaulkan bahan lain.. |

attyra, muffin apple tu, caranya sama jugak dengan resepi yang kita translate hari tu. itulah cara yang shida paling suka sebab tak perlu guna mixer. kalau nak guna mixer, buat macam kak liza tu le. kena pukul telur + butter + gula dulu. |
