Pernah try nasi lemak kat amjal tak? Depan UM. Malam2 bukak la. Dulu kitorg sgt suka mkn situ..nas ...

Ish yg kat bangsar tu langsung x sedap..x kena dgn tekak iols..sedap lagi nasi lemak antarabangsa atau pon tangling walpn x la sedap tara mana..tp ok la lg dr bangsar tu..tanling tu sambal sotong dia sedap...

bagus Chef Wan! Aku bukan kt hotel2 je. Kat restoran pun kadang2 ada yg buta resipi. Bukan masalah RM40 tu yg dia mengamuk. Tapi masalah salah resipi yg dia naik hantu. Ye la kalau kita org biasa buat komplen sure diorg x layan.

Jangan la kata Chef Wan menghina rezeki. Dia cuma nk menyekolahkan Chef MO. Sebenarnya banyak lagi makanan yg hotel sediakan yg tunggang langgang resipi dia.

Aku layan jugak bizzare foods ni..tapi skrg da xde ek kat TLC..

itule lama dh takde kdg kjp ada pastu takde balik.naharom punya astro.ada skali episod tu dia mkn uri elok je lps anak lembu tu jatuh fresh2 ats rumput tu.jadah btl sedap katanya!

ai pun guna resepi cm u..ai klo msk.smbl mmg lme..api kecik je..bg kering air.guna bwg byk supaya manisnya bwg tu meresap..tp i x guna gula melaka.sbb xde..slalu guna gula perang atau gula pasir.

kalau pergi fine dining iya lah plating itu penting, kalau bukan fine dining yg mcm chef wan order itu lah, mcm kuah tak siap.

aku suka tgk food network asia, suka tgk good eats, unwrapped, giada, hungry girl( menu diet) pehtu yg rancangan masakan ank paula deen tu pun best.. cemana dia ubah resepi mak dia yg sedap2 kpd yg lebih rendah kalori n menyihatkn ttp masih rasa yg sama.. kira cam derhaka pd resepi mak dia lah..

aku suka layan restauran impossible....
kat msia ni blum tahap tu lg most restaurant ke apa.... yg mknan dihidang tu maruah depa..... kat sini msk cincai janji untung.....

mana mana gula pun ok. cuma gula melaka lagi sedap lah to me. iols pun kalau takde, hentam gula perang jah.
bawang mmg kena byk. pakai.bawang besar je. iols pakai bawang holland.

kedai nasi lemak antarabangsa yg komersial tu dah tutup kan mostly?
kalau belum tutup, i nak suggest kat chep wan pi makan kat situ.

Selalu ye i kalau nak makan nyonya laksa i pegi K5 equatorial melaka. Situ bleh tahan sedap gak. Char kuey teaw kerang pun sedap situ. Asam pedas lak i makan kat pasar borong, ada deretan bnyk kedai, makan kat kedai nama dahlia. Asam pedas telur ikan or pari Kene dgn nasi lemak dia, pergh. Semerbak harum.

tepi jalan pun kena try and error!
selalu dapat cili tak blend halus, berketul ketul. lepas tu tasteless.
mcm cili tak rendam air, terus blend. rasa hapak!
pastu maaflah, ramai jual tepi jalan ni org seberang. i respect how they cari makan..rajin berjualan tapi rasa? mmg out!
