I pulak min 7 km jog 5 times a week. Pilates 40 mins,  jugak 5 days a week...kalau ada masa I buat ...

Pilates join class ke tgk video? Or buat sendiri?

4 kali jah sis..alternate setiap hari...tuh pon lari2 sekitar kampus.kalau ada bukit bleh lari pecut ...

alah sis beli saja teredmill, tk pyh sesusah outdoor....

5 km hari kerja, 10 km dikala cuti. Kekerapan tak menentu, tapi sehabis boleh wajib pulun lebih 30 km dalam seminggu.

Aku cuba pilates dan yoga..tapi kejung aja body...

Masalah utama adalah pori2 muka terbuka besar sejak rajin bersenam...setakat ini masih tiada solusi......

Pilates yg paling I suka ialah rolling like a ball ...rasa satu satu spine kita terkena mat....mmg marveles

pilih tangga aof lift.. futsal 2/3 kali smnggu... kalu tak jogging pagi saje lepas subuh n before pegi keje.  kengkadang tukar ngan badminton ... sukan ni nak ngan taknak buat je. kasi peluh keluar ..

Dah sebulan lebih tak eksesais ni. Bulan posa turun 2kg. Lps raya pun tak naik2 balik lagi. Tu yg lemau jer nak eksesais. Fefeling dah kurus. Tapi lps posa 6 ni nak kena start balik ler. Tak fit tak best.

Ewww sis...outdoor petang2 antara benda paling best.i cant imagin my life without it..rasa loser jah duk berkuntum dlm rumah..rasa depressed..at least for me.

minimum 3 kali...brisk walk,jogging.lebih kurang 4-5km setiap kali...

3x gym - cardio HIIT, rowing 3km + threadmill 2km

2x brisk walk di hujung minggu sejauh 5km setiap kali

bulan posa stop
hingga hari ni tak start2 lagi
bila dah dapat rythm, boleh buat min 5miles, 4-5x seminggu
hari2 lain CUBA utk buat circuit training (malasssnyerrrrrrrr sbb penat nak mampos rasanya)

ntah hari apa lah nak start balik nih...lemau sangat bila lama stop nak start cari mood semula
