experiance business Mek T takde tapi experiance nak start buat business franchise tempatan ada...( tapi tak jadi sebab requirement dia sgt sukar, hang kena ada proof yg business hang tuh untung yg consistant lebih dari 3 - 5 tahun, belum masuk lagi SOP yg kena ISO, proof of concept, marketing plan for each franchisee utk 3, 5, 10 tahun). itu sebab kalau ko tgk business franchise tempatan susah nak berkembang atau maintain sebab business depa bukan ada 2nd business. kalau ko tgk secret receipe ( local franchise yg berjaya), kita rasa depa jual kek tapi utk franchisee, depa sewa property dari master franchiser. kek semua di supply dari master franchiser ( kualiti control) bukan ada tukang buat kek kat setiap outlet. termasuklah bahan masakan utk bukan kek. same goes with starbuck semua nih.

bg aku kalau hangpa nak boikot, kena boikot berterusan selamanya bukan bulan depan pakat penuh balik. no point, hangpa hanya akan menaniaya local franchisee sahaja yg mungkin bergolok gadai utk start business nih.

entahla beb. aku rs depa ni just pk untung je. actually tunang aku pun ade plan nak bukak franchise mcd. pastu aku bangkang siap2 mcm xde bisnes lain nak buat. depa punya reasoning is franchise ni suatu sistem perniagaan yg dah sedia ada. x mcm ko bukak biz ko sendiri, plan biz, product development, marketing etc suma ko buat sendiri. mcm mcd n other franchise, semua dah ada. mereka buka mcd sebab senang. they dont even think bout gaza/ palestin pun, mcm tunang aku tu lah. susah nak paksa depa2 yg mcmni, cara yg terbaik ialah orang2 yg dekat dgn depa yg sedarkan. dan mungkin ambil masa, bukan terus jadi.

ini company US bukan israel. cuma mungkin owner dia ada darah jew. so dana yg disalurkan tuh adalah dlm bentuk CSR yg boleh tolak Tax. da CSR depa bukan kat israel je tapi byk tempat lagi.  mcm kita jugak la, syarikat ada bg dana utk zakat, CSR anak yatim, bina jejantas, jambatan, masjid, hospital, pertubuhan2 NGO/NPO. semua tuh boleh tolak tax jugak. it all about business.

takde ketetapan berapa juta nak letak khas utk bahagian tertentu. semua bergantung pada owner la.

yg franchisee nih sign bukan tgk yg itu, kita tgk from business persepctive, concept franchisee nih dia punya janji dia adalah anda akan dapat profit. tak perlu struggle utk start bertapak, buat merketing, business plan, SOP bagai, hired consultant, cari supplier. konsep business nih, utk phase 1, adalah untuk survive, phase 2 utk sustain, phase 3 utk maintain, phase 4 untuk expent. so franchise concept adlah hang jump terus ke phase 3.

ada aku dengar konsep mek t nih best part adalah ada kemungkinan bawah 3 bulan ko dah cover semua modal ko keluar.

itu lah kelebihan kalau brand leader. ( marketing awareness dia sgt kuat pengaruh) bila sebut burger hangpa ingat tak burger oblong wak kordi tepi jalan? tidak bukan...kenal pun tak. ada sesiapa berminat nak buat business wak kordi? bila sebut business, objective semua org adalah maximum profit, minimize risk and cost. takde lagi peniaga yg objective dia meniaga nak bangunkan yayasan selamatkan rohingya. Bukti kenapa mesti boikot McD? disertakan fakta dan rujukannya

Assalamualaikum,

ramai rakyat Malaysia bertanya jika McDonald sokong dan bantu Israel apa buktinya. Maka disini sertakan senarai bukti bersama rujukannya. Untuk keterangan lanjut boleh pergi ke

URL: http://www.inminds.com/boycott-mcdonalds.html

RESEARCH FINDINGS :
McDonald's is the largest and best-known global food service retailer with more than 30,000 restaurants in 121 countries.[8]
McDonalds chairman and CEO Jack M. Greenberg is an honorary director of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., of Metropolitan Chicago.[9]
According to the Chicago Jewish Community Online (website of the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago), McDonalds Corporation whose global headquarters is based just outside Chicago is a major corporate partner of the Jewish United Fundand Jewish Federation.[1].
Through its Israel Commission, the Jewish United Fund "works to maintain American military, economic and diplomatic support for Israel; monitors and, when necessary, responds to media coverage of Israel"[2].
The Jewish United Fund runs "Fun-filled Summer Family Missions to Israel" (the next one is on Aug 19 2002) where families get to "visit an army base and meet with Israeli soldiers" and "visit our sister city, Kiryat Gat and see the important work we are doing there"[3]. Kiryat Gat, you may be aware from the Boycott Intel Campaign, is built on stolen Palestinian land - the lands of the villages of Iraq Al Manshiya and Al-Faluja whose residents were ethnically cleansed in 1949 in contravention of International Law[6]. Through its "Partnership to Israel" programme, the Jewish United Fund provides $1.3 million annually[5] to help the development of Kiryat Gat and to promote further illegal settlement there.
In the Jewish United Funds outreach program they pay for Christian leaders and American high school kids to visit Israel and be fed zionist lies.[4]
McDonalds entered the Israeli market in 1993 and now has 80 resturants across Israel, providing employment to some 3000 Israelis.[7]

After the successful take up of the boycott around the world, companies are for the first time shy to show their support for the zionist state. As a result this page which lists the corporate partners was quickly taken off.. Luckily we managed saved a copy (below).
Notice that the partners list is split in to three tiers. Presumably the largest contributors are in the first tier with their names in a large type. Mcdonald's is third on this tier with Sara Lee fourth. Other partners include several newspapers, banks and finance companies.

THE ISRAEL CONNECTION
The Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago maintain strong ties to Israel in a variety of ways.
The Partnership 2000 Program forges business, professional, and personal links; Israel Experience Programs for teens and young adults provide education and enrichment opportunities; and JUF Missions offer families, singles, and others a wide variety of travel options; the Israel Commission of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish United Fund enables the organized Jewish community to maintain its interest in Israel-related issues.

THE ISRAEL COMMISSION
"The Israel Commission serves as a forum for the organized Jewish community to promote understanding of Israel and Middle East developments, most recently including those connected with the peace process; works to maintain American military, economic and diplomatic support for Israel; monitors and, when necessary, responds to media coverage of Israel; plays a leadership role in organizing and planning the annual community-wide Yom Ha'Atzmaut celebration; and helps promote Israeli cultural events in the metropolitan area."

McDonald's Israel opened its first restaurant in October 1993, in Ramat-Gan (a suburb of Tel Aviv). Today, McDonald's Israel operates more than 80 restaurants across Israel.
McDonald's Israel Benefits the Israeli Economy
McDonald's Israel proudly sources over 80% of its ingredients locally, including 100% kosher beef patties, potatoes, lettuce, buns, and milkshake mix. McDonald's Israel employs 3000 Israelis.

It should be noted, in its favour, that when in 1999 an international campaign forced Burger King to withdraw its name from a restaurant that had been built in the illegal Israeli settlement of Maale Adumim, the general manager of McDonald's Israel, Omri Padan, said that he will never open a branch on the occupied territories.

The oppressing arches of McDonalds can be seen in most Muslim countries. In Saudi Arabia there are 71 branches including two in in the Holy City of Makkah. Prince Misha'al Bin Khalid Bin Fahad Al Faisal Al Saud is McDonalds licencee in the kingdom.

LOL. Sbb website tu cakap mcm tu, terus jadi bukti? Who is behind inminds? Ko tak tahu pun. Staraf dgn pereka cerita chain email saja.

Firstly, Jack Greenberg dah lama keluar dr McD, lebih dari 10 tahun dulu. Dia bagi derma tu pada persatuan kebajikan Yahudi dkt US. Itu pun dah terang tertulis. Korang ada baca tak?

Kalau korang nak tau, Israel pun boikot McDonalds. So korang ni mengikut perangai Yahudi ke apa?
