xde yg mustahil ankel AN.kami bli apartment kos sederhana yg dibina thn 2005.mse memula jual dulu 79k.thn 2013 kami bli dgn rega 140k.seb bek awal thn.msuk thn 2014 ni,umah kecik sket dr umah yg kami bli,rega 190k.yg sme saiz umah kami dh cecah 200k.dlm mse sthn naik memcanak2.ad lak tu org bli..

tupun ada yg beli...sebab sekarang org dah ada duit..hulu langat plak..hampir ngan KL..

sbb 180k dh dikira murah skang even di hulu langat.tgk kt bandr tun hussein onn,umah bru naik sume jenis semi d and terrace 3storey.starting 1.6million!
kat area berhampiran,naik kondo mewah kot..siap ad kolam renang tgkt atas ngan cabananyer..starting 480k keluasan 900kaki persegi..klo.sbut hulu langat,jgn hrp umah murah dh.sbb mrt dibina berdekatan..

Flip tu kan kak lid..
beli umah bukan utk duduk tapi untuk buat profit
beli umah masa launching or early bird, dptla harga murah 30-40k dari rega slps launching
then umah siap, teruih jual ikut harga SnP..

cth: masa dia beli rega rm280k (ni masa mula2 developer promote umah, or maybe tolak diskaun or rebat sbb jadik org awal beli)
tp rega asal dalam SnP adalah rm300k..so dia akan untung rm20k atas angin jah kalu juai umah lepas umah siap..

camtulah lebeih kurang...
