alangkah syok kalau time-time sangap dkt opis bley bersidai kat sini.. tpi ape kan daya bekalan tenet tak ckop.. dpt lalu lalang time umah nie sunyi sepi jela nmpk gaye.. ayo !

hari ni tak spt nak update sgt..pagi tadi start with treadmill for 45 mins then i continue with KB..terkejar2 gak because hari ni hari penyampaian hadiah anak.. |

alohaa...meh nk jwb soklan di atas berkisar aerobic thingy...
guys, fyi proses pembakaranakan bermula pd 20min saat anda bersenam(ni ikut kajian ok)...jd...segala mende yg anda buat sbelum tu dikira sbg pemanas bdn..walau anda dah namakan ianye pemanas bdn utk 10mins..tp bdn anda tktau tu pemanas ke..atau aerobic ke hape2..sb bdn lmbt adapt semua tu(ni aku bercite psl aerobic session yg korg tgk dlm dvd tu okk)...n utk pembkaran yg optimum harus dilakukan slps 20mins..dan aerobic ni..atau segala mak nenek cardio cm lari treadmill ke ellip ke..akan membakar kalori anda pd wktu tu...
namun kalo anda jenis nk bakar lemak spnjg hari (kire cm ala2 prolonged release) anda bole mencube strength n resistance training...yg ni..even skali bakar pd saat anda melakukan nye hnye ciput..namun ia mampu berlaku spnjg 48jam..tp do understand that it will burn ur calorie dgn cara replenish ur muscule tissues hence it will take a long time to release those burning process
jd bergantung pd awak2 di sini...korg ley bace lanjut psl ni dlm sususejat.com..di situ pun die ade cite kot psl ni..ke kt dlm fb die..aku lupe laks..dan ade byk kajian psl ni dlm versi english yg korg bole bace..
utk aku sndiri..aku mmg ade wt cardio..dan aku mmg buat strength..due2 aku suke..sbnye..tika time mkn menambun...aku mmg perlukan cardio sb nye...kalo aku wt strength kalori2 lebih tu..lmbt nau nk bakar..jd better wat cardio..tp..kalo hari aku mkn bese2..aku just buat strength..
tp utk afdalnye..aku suke wat zuzana(bodyrock.tv) sb die ade sume..senang! |

psl pemknan ps pantang..aku ade bercerita kt blkng2 nye thread..tp tkperla..sb aku tgh dilanda monday blues gara2 kene paksa dtg keje kt opis ni..jd nye aku jwb kt sini smule..
wktu aku ps bersalin...aku nye pemknan..tk ikut car aorg tua2...aku ikut cm spital bg aku mkn..aku mmg pastikan aku minum air byk...walau dlm pntg org tua kite ckp jgn minum air byk..tp aku perlu kan tu..mmg alhamdulullah...susu aku byk..even dira tk isap straight(aku just pump) ..n corak pemknan aku hampir sama dgn tika aku pregnant...atau dgn kata laie..almost same like my normal day..
aku tk amik jamu..aku memule amik gamat healing utk aku nye luka czer tu...tp bile g kt my gynae..die ckp..stop..it will make a scar to ur belly..jd aku trus tk jd nk mkn itu gamat..so aku mmg rely on food 100% tnpa sbrng jamu ..dan aku introduce ngn spirulina sb aku ni mmg jenis anemic sket..tu jerlaa aku hamiik...
utk susu..mmg berthn smpi 3 bln..pstu bulan posa...aku laks gatai nk posa penuh...jdnye..by time ujung posa...susu aku kering kontang ala2 tndus dah...sedih ok..ni satu2nye mende yg aku rs sgt fail...huhuh...so ibu2 yg rs nk bf...mknan korg perlu jaga btui2..air perlu byk(tp kalo korg percaya ngn ape yg disarankan ibu2 korg..ikut la..aku just ikut ape yg aku percaya.. )
n korg bole jer dpt body yg superb even korg bf...tp mknan korg btul2 jaga..i meant bukan cut off ok..korg still ley amalkan pemknan time pregnant (which is the idea lebihkan 300kalori per day) tpppppp..mknan yg diambil tu bkn crap okk...mmg khasiat btul2...fried food..elakkan...mkn laa stim2..boil..ke ape2 yg gunakan minimal oil..begitu geks ngn mknan yg less sodium dan less sweet..
aku rs sume ade basic ni..so up to u guys..cara pnatang ni..depends on ur body and ur belief..n pls...do research first before u proceed..or refer to ur gynae first..aku bole bg tips..tp yg lalui bdn masing..

dh bli 2 cd erobik, JM n sorg lg ntah apa nama dia lupa...ntah bila nak mula x tau..bdn makin membayak, cpt penat n mengantuk...alasan x ber erobik cd player rosak n tv ada 1. tu pn anak2 dh konker. mkn dh slow down..mkn sbb kena mkn n benti sblm kenyang. not like b4 mkn sbb rs nk mkn n wajib abeskn sbb x nk mbazir kekdahnya..tima kasih pd benang ni sbb motivate utk mulakan healthy life to the fules..amiiin. |

hai korang! kan sempena bola ini, saya decide lama la sikit atas treadmill itu dah buat strength training..so i did!
sebabnya, nak kecikkan badan,,heheh..perut dah naik..i susah nak control makan sbb tak active..
therefore, bila active, selera makan jadi kurang, badan cpt turun..hehehhe..
tengok bum naik, best, tp perut naik, hampeh..kakakkak
plan nak puasa ganti, tak bangun2 sahur, jadi malas..puasa pun boleh control my appetite..
till then, esok la pulak ye.. |
