Yang takde teriak mayday2 tu kenape pulak kapten?
sy tolong jawab lah. konsep nya aviate-navigate- communicate. apa² jadi 1st kne kontrol kapal - arah dan tempat yang betul - bercakap. klu kontrol belum sempat kawal, kurang la nak sampai ke part communicate tu which is mayday call or apa² call |

Kapten herlok minta izin tuk landing dan dpt approval tuk landing.. Tiberkan melencong.. So sebelum melencong semue dlm keadaan terkawal dan ok2x lg la kan... Cume dlm duration before landing tu mcm2x boleh berlaku... |

Nak avoid langgar housing or commercial area depan tu perhaps? Tapi camne dia tau yang dia dah nak crash ye? Tengok trajectory macam steady je all the way pastu tetibe he took a 90° turn sebijik macam kita nak masok simpang kat trafiklait.
Kat forum aku tepek tu pon bising kata yang pilot tu takde wat ape2 recovery action setelah ditimpe musibah. Tatau la camne dorang tau.. Macam bila dah dive tu dia patot cube dongakkan semule katebang tu. That didn't happen. Siap ade sorang tu hypothesize kata pilot tu dah terjelepok kat yoke sebab tu there was no piloting done towards the end. tak sempat, memang kejadian tu unexpected and happened secara tiba tiba. 1000 feet from the ground, they were struggling to recover the plane, memang tak sempat la nak buat mayday call.

kat SBZ tu , ILS and VOR dah lama out of service. Pilots semua tau ( sud read the NOTAM)Standard approach kalau masuk SZB adalah NDB approach. Boleh la buat GPS approach if equipted and trained for.
But masa kejadian tu clear weather, dari jauh lagi dah boleh nampak runway.

Still boleh buat auto pilot approach cuma less precise kind of approaches.
Standard clearance dari sbz tower , clear for CE NDB approach runway 15. The minimum height ( kena nampak runway by this height is higher) but masa incident tu, the weather was clear, so apa jenis approach dia buat pun sud not be a afactor.

Dalam aviation, terminology dia 'Upset', bila plane departed from its intended flight path . Boleh google pasal upset ni.
Why jadi 'upset' ? at that situation, apa yang I can think off , sudden change in centre of gravity. At slow speed, bila CG too far forward or aft, nak masuk stall tu very likely and fast. Then bila stalling, tak boleh recover sebab CG tak balance. Stalling tu , kalau wing sebelah kanan yg stall dulu, wing tu akan drop. Nak recover kena increase the speed and lower the nose attitude. Kalau pilot tu roll the aircraft to the left untuk counter, situation lagi teruk sebab wing sebelah kanan tu dah stall, kalau guna aileron untuk recover, bertambah stall sampai boleh jadi 90 deg bank.
Kalau at high altitude, the moment the nose low , the speed will increase and senang la nak recover from that stall. Kalau 1000 feet jer room yang available, momentum lagi ( bila stall,rate of desecend high) memang tak sempat la nak recover.
This only my view, boleh jadi salah.
