Haha.. itu paling kelakar.. cam ne plak bdn tetiba jd pendek..?? Cardio akan buat bdn cantik bile pakai baju.. tp weight training akan buat bdn ko cantik even time da bukak baju.. ha.. gittew perumpamaannye.. aku tau sebab ada sekali aku dgn member sama2 salin baju kat mark & spencer punya fitting room.. aku nampak perut die gelebeh & berselulit.. tkejut aku.. sebab bdn dia kalau tgk berbaju elok je..

Mgkin dia terbayang kalau prempuan angkat berat, jd bdn esbok mcm jupin. Realiti nya struggle gila nk maintain otot bdn. Iols yg naik cpt biceps. Nk buat triceps menangis berbulan2 x mau tunjuk. Mkn kena strict kaw2 kalau nk otot2 naik. Mmg i xjg mkn. Tp kalau nk ketul2 natural, gula xboleh, mkn kena mkn byk protein. Yg gagah2 perkasa tu semua tambah hormon testo. Tp mmg lg lawa kalau cardio + weight. Bdn nampak kemas

You, angkat berat takkan buat badan berketak ketak.. Badan perempuan x sama mcm lelaki.. Yg boleh buat berketak & sado, kalau dia ambil protein.. Kalau just exercise biasa ok jer..

Betul kenapa org selalu salah phm igt jd body ketul2 besar mcm jantan tu.
Cardio mmg boleh kurangkan berat tp body melebeh tak kemas abis melayut semua menda hilang abis eset sbb tu kena balance dgn weight training utk kasi kemaskan badan dan terbentuk helok.
Dada akan naik tinggi kemas,perut tegang, punggung bulat mantap.
Cer pi tgk fb cikgu nancy maria tu dia buat cardio+weight training ada ke badan dia besar cam peti air sado gedabak? No..pinggang dia secekak je, perut rata dgn six pack. Pakai kebaya cantik tak pakai baju pun helok sbb takde part yg gelebeh.
Kalau wat cardio je hanya kelihatan helok bila pakai baju je bila bukak baju korang pun rasa segan tgk badan sendiri, kurus dan ringan tapi kecut melebeh nak wat pe.

U cuba cari kat ig #weighttraining.. boleh amek routine kat situ.. tp mcm i ada coach.. kite x sustain weight yg sama.. makin lama makin tambah berat.. i nak ckp sgt pon x reti.. sebab i pergi gym.. apa coach suruh buat.. i buat.. hehe..

OO patut la dh kurus.
Kurus pulak kurus yg nampak sihat gitu, bukan jd kurus cengkung.
Body jd shape.
Aina ni muka mmg tak lawa. kalau jaga shape badan, jaga skin, pakai baju semenggah skit mesti ok.
Kawan meols yg buat weightlift pun mcm ketagih gitu, ketagih exercise haha.
Nt lah meols nk try tp malasnyaaa gi gym. Laki trainer tp bini dan macam bantal hagagaga

kalau lose weight dgn cardio je.. cepat turun tapi menggebeleh.. n cepat naik balik kalau xjaga..
Kalau dgn weight, build more muscle.. muscle burn fat more even u xbuat apa..
Muscle berat.. so xnampak sgt beza berat.. tapi body nampak leaner n body composition better..

Yg die amik darah u then dia asingkan platlet dengan plasma. Then die inject dekat kulit. It helps your skin untuk glow dan fadekan parut acne. I biasa buat dekag clinix rx. Biasanya i buat skali laser and prp.

Aa.. mmg segan.. mula2 je lah.. lama2 bile kite rajin deadlift.. squat.. overhead press.. benda2 tu jd mcm sedap.. da x segan.. lelaki pon tgk pakai hujung mata je gittew.. diorang x kan tunjuk diorang teruja.. haha.. mcm Aina ni.. konfem kalau die pakai baju elok2 nampak cantik bdn dia.. tp tu lah.. selalu die pakai baju pelik2.. jd org x perasan bdn die lawa..

yes dumbbell tu pun part of weight training.. kalo x berat sgt pun xpe janji bole activate muscle2 tu and posture kena betul baru btol target..

iols pun sama segan nak pegi gym memula lagi2 gym2 yg murah rumah kedai ni sbb iols tahu gym2 yg mcm tu ramai melayu and as usual being meleis hidup nak judge org je kan.. that’s why memula iols invest sikit pegi gym memahal mcm CF ke AF ke sbb situ koman2 pun ramai non malay and foreigner so nobody will judge u there.. then bila u dah rasa confident baru la u pegi gym yg murah2 ni..

bagus lifting nie.. especially sape sape dok kondo.. imagine nak bawa barang barang dapur korang.. x lari nak dekat 5kg satu tangan paling minimun.. berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri... hahaha..
