Tapi tetap tak sama dengan mendapat benefit dari bersukan neh.

Exercise melancarkan perjalanan darah, buang toksik melalui perpeluhan, kurangkan stress dengan hormon2 feel good cam endorphin, tido malam pon lena, kuatkan tulang temulang dan yang paling penting....AWET MUDA!!!

Memang, kalu tak jaga makan pon, parah jugak.

Tapi aku jeles betol tengok owang yang tak bersenam, makan banyak, tapi kurus.

Rasa macam nak sumpah jek!

Don't judge a book by it's cover..
Cuba tengok lipid profile dia..
Once masuk 40's, try buat bone density scan..compare lah antara org yg regularly excercise dgn yg tidak..
Masuk 50's, tgk skin elasticity..tgk rigidity..tgk flexibility all the joints..
Allah itu Maha Adil...kau jaga nikmat pemberianNya, yg lebih baik lagi diberiNya kpd kita..

Aku cakap ni pun based on experience..
Tgk patient2 yg aku jumpa..
Borak2..tanya life style mereka..
