MBSB dah call bagitau dah approve... betoi ka Letter of offer tu kena sign secepat mungkin? Bukan ke ade 14 hari? Mortgage exec tu kater kena sign latest by friday nih... Konpius den...Sbb tgh tunggu 2 bank lagi kuarkan result dapat ke tak, tu nak tangguh jap sementara result kuar...
Mmg MBSB tade lock-in period tapi tulah nak tau sesapa yg kat sini ade experience dgn MBSB, berapa kena bayor utk refinance ke bank lain eh? |

sekurang2nye 14 hari validity tuk LO tu...so u cakap ler u ade kursus this week tak sempat... ...

Maknanya mmg betulla yer ade 14 days validity period for LO tu...cett...dia kata kena sign latest by this friday, baru tadi call kata LO dah siap takkan dah 14 days...Haiya...Ni tgh tunggu result dari BSN and RHB... at least dua2 tu interest rate rendah sket...
Yep...nanti ina akan definitely tanyer dia pasal fine charges tu...macam mustahil jek tade pape charges kan? |

BSN dgn RHB mmg tersangat la selowwww... dah nak masuk 2 minggu tp depa janji tadi friday ni dapat tau result...
harap2 bukan janji melayu ler...huhu...
Mebeng kalo nak apply ok tak utk housing loan... senang nak byr... sama dgn akaun gaji... :-D |

mebeng bagi yg ade kes ccris ni lg depa stright......bukan stakat tu ajer yg monthly payment kita yg lelain pun depa cek tgk kalo ade terlambat 1 - 2 bulan pun depa leh reject dah....event bagi sapa yg ade kes... kalo nak bukak saving pun kena tggu approval hq amik masa 2 jam baru leh proses...
tp harap2 ler rhb n bsn bole feedback seperti yg di janjikan...if not maybe leh try ambank...interest pun tak mahal mana proses pun mudah...tak pun nape tak mintak developer tu tolong u apply kan thru developer lg senang actually...
kat opis qies (x) mmg qies selalu tolong apply kan on behalf of customer...so customer hassle free...customer pun suka...jimaat masa, tenaga dan duit...janji submit complete documentation ajer......sbb banker ngan developer nie..depa plg jaga...maklum ler depa mengharapkan job dari developer ..... |

erkk...mebeng lagi strict eh... alahai...
Tadi baru submit kat mebeng...officer tu kata bagus gak ina mintak last statement from hire purchase bank yg ade tulis 0 outstanding on arrears etc... Sbb ina dah clearkan...ccris sumer 0 cuma keta tu jek...dia kata statement leh support ccris problem tu...since keta tu pun bukan ina yg pakai...
tapi as always...sumer bergantung kepada loan committee nanti...kita tunggu dan lihat nanti yer...nnt ina update sini...esok dia akan call utk bgtau leh proceed ke tak dgn loan application tu sbb ina mintak bgtau awal2 boleh ke tak proceed, takyah buang masa kalau takleh proceed... |

maybe bole sbb eddina ada bg dia proof yg outstanding tu dah wat settelment...so insyaallah ada peluang cuma maybe % antara 80% - 86%...insyaallah....qies doakan yg terbaik buat eddina.... Amin |

tak yah la mbsb ni....cekik darah..then macam ahlong...
yang kelakar...sistem depa pakai macam zaman tok kadok...kalau bayar pun...still kata tak bayar......
yang paling best...kalau lambat bayar 2-3 hari pun depa dah hantar surat lawyer...siap nak saman bagai...nak taraik rumah la apa...
kalau nak rasa pengalaman ngeri dikejar ahlong...boleh la try mbsb ni...
aku dah refinance ngan CIMb..rate pun cantik dan lagi murah... |
