I pun nak hantar anak ke swimming class... Kalau kawan AKULAMBAM yg kata buat personal coaching tu, dia punya time and tempat tu kena arrange dgn dia la ya
Swimming ni uk my 4-year-old daughter and 6-yr-old son..

nak buat mcamana sy ni tak pandai drive..
so kena ikut big boss la apa2 hal pun..

depend on coach kot...
kalo kat akuatik start 4years... kat panasonic tak ingat plak coz dlm borang je ada tulih....
cuba tanya personal coaching yg akulabambam bagi tu....
ada gak nampak budak kecik belajar swm kat panasonic tapi x tau plak umo bape cam 2-3 taon jer...
kalo ikut mat saleh... baru bape bulan dah train berenang.....

Hi...
I dah call dah Ainee tu...
Dia kata dia prefer utk amik group rather than personal coaching..
Dia buat tu buat jugak utk personal coaching tapi charge dia lebih mahal..

And lagi satu dia prefer amik budak 6 tahun ke atas sbb kalau yg bawah 6 tahun banyak main2 dan belum boleh dengar arahan..

Charge dia untuk children group coaching ( 4-6 pax):
Registration 30
Fee -
Type 1 : RM60 / 4 sessions / monthly ( untuk budak 6 thn)
Type 2 : RM70 / 4 sessions / monthly ( untuk budak 6 tahun ke atas )
Venue - Golden Villa Condo, Tmn Maznah,Klang
(dekat dgn Proton punya apt yg on the way nak pg Tmn Sentosa Klang)
Pool depth - 4.5 feet

And kalau x silap pemahaman I, dia tak buat kat tempat lain sbb condo lain tak open to public. Kat akuatik pun rasanya dia tak buat..

So, kalau u all nak tahu in details, u all boleh la call Ainee tu..
Dia buat ni freelance. Orang dewasa nak belajar pun boleh..
Tapi lain charge nya..

baru jer daftarkan my son 6yo utk kelas renang kat uitm..

registration = rm130 utk 10 essi..

kalau anak warga uitm lagi murah cajnya....

nak tau gak my son 2.5 years. plan nk antar swimming class gak. so. kalau kat shah alam/klang mana bole kita refer?
mcm panasonic n uitm tu bole amik tak age camni? any contact no?

My personal opinion if the child is too small susah sikit nak ajar swimming because they don't accept instructions.

In fact kat PADE (pusat akuatik darul ehsan) they don't accept kids below 5 years old.  My son started his lessons at 7 years old.  By the time stage 1 habis (tak ingat berapa lama - but possibly less than 2 months) - dah boleh swimming at pool with depth of 8 feet.  But hubby and I wanted him to really become good at swimming so we sent him to stage 2 dua kali.  No need for stage 3 for my boy because that is for students wanting to compete in swimming events.

We plan to send our youngest son next year for swimming lessons when he's 7 years old.

During my eldest son's lessons I would sit throughout the lesson just to make sure my son is safe.  Masa ni I tengok budak-budak yang kecik ni tak pay attention to the instructor even though dah 5 or 6 years old.  Pastu bila masuk kolam 4 feet they freak out and start crying for mommies!  It can be frightening for small children when they cannot touch with the ground with their feet (in the pool).  Some would be struggling for air - tercungap-cungap.  The instructor would pull them out quickly but the damage is already done.  They would be too terrified to venture into the water.

Also one time I saw this 5 year old boy - very cute and playful.  He's always running even though the instructor and his own father would tell him not to run sebab lantai kat sekeliling pool licin.  One day he was running back to line up with the rest of the kids and he slipped. His head hit the ground.  It took him some time to get up and he was wobbly after that.  Head injuries are always scary.

Oh yes, another thing. There's a diving pool at PADE - another reason why hubby and I were always there during my son's lessons. The instructor got my son to swim there once. My heart almost stopped! Its 12 metres deep.

hmmm..mmg susah kot budak2 nak ikut instructions. so, kalau camtu saya kna tngu 2thn lg la kot. BTW fee camne ye?

yup.... from my experience pun 7 yrs baru berbaloi hantar.......

my youngest two.... sbb mac tak sabar nak tunggu 7 tahun..... i sent at 6 1/2 yrs....hehe

aquatic kat my place, diving pool dia 15 mtrs...... seram..... hehe

Spot on Mac!  The diving pool really freaks me out.

Sometimes there'll be a group of young boys (secondary school kids) that play ball at the diving pool - `water polo' - is there such a thing?

Faizal Tahir (Idol tahun apa ntah)  almost drowned at PADE's diving pool - I think he was overcomed by some sort of previous drowning experience or something like that.
