mmg best ..rase nak start collect buku2 dia.. 
tapi tu ler.. buat mase ni lemon kena hadkan sikit pembelian buku.. kena pinjam kat library je la ni nampak gaya.. |

I love his book except THE JESTER. The Jester ni mcm out of league sikit sbb ianya historical. To James Patterson it is his most challenging writing, tapi to me I find it a bit tiresome.
It's about a court jester who tried to seek revenge on the killings of his loved ones. as always the main character managed to find his way using his wits (and luck of course). |

baru habis baca 1st to die and cat and mouse
1st to die tu buku petama dalam women's murder club.. bagi aku, aku prefer siri ni daripada siri alex cross.. buku cat and mouse
sebab siri alex cross ni, ending die.. cam nak hantuk kepala kat dinding je.. mesti tergantung dengan kes baru.. ala-ala komik detektif conan. lepas tu nak kena cari buku lain lak nak sambung.. tapi saspen ya amat, dupdap dupdap
buku james patterson ni mesti ada seorang valiant yang kita dah tau dari mula mmg jahat dan seorang lagi valiant yang kita tak sangka langsung.. bestnya buku dia ni, mmg jenis unexpected...
hari tu aku tgk kat HBO filem 'kiss the girls', adaptation dari siri alex cross.. alex cross played by morgan freeman , best best best
oh ya, lagi satu.. buku lifeguard.. tu pun best sangat! |

what you believe can be deceiving
i love this book..
it was written from many person's point of view.. really nice.. that i know i was reading this story from Tom's POV, Kate's POV.. etc etc
the murder trial was carefully structured, it was the breaking point for the whole case..
but...
it has such a shocking ending that i could not believe who actually did the murder...
a page turner at its best! |

buku ni mmg best
very unexpected
the catch is you don't know who until the end...pergh, menyentap jiwa ragaku baca
mula2 quite slow moving gak, tapi as suspense continues, mmg fast paced
tapi dekat nak habis, gripping...
byk org bagi rave reviews tentang buku ni. yg aku ingat antaranya "even the most loyal fan of james patterson, wouldn't be expecting this"
setakat ni buku2 dia yang aku baca ialah:
1. mary, mary
2. lifeguard
3. judge & jury
4. 1st to die
5. 5th horseman
6. cat & mouse
mmg tak mengecewakan!

semalam ada artikel dalam star 2 pasal james patterson
- he is the most commercially successful author albeit no critical acclaims for his novels
- his books are the most borrowed from the birtish library
- he was a marketing executive and become a CEO at the age of 39
- he funded his own marketing campaign for the first alex cross novel, it paid off handsomely. the alex cross series was a success
- he had more no 1 bestseller for the past 5 years compared to JK rowling, john grisham and dan brown
his marketing strategy:
- he put a TV commercial for his alex cross series
- he strategically planned in his book shelves placement at major bookstore
- he writes in simple english
- he writes in short chapters.. 3 pages for one chapter
- he writes an outline for thriller novel and ask his co writer to write the book based on his plot outline (his agent once told him, with his detailed outlines, the agent can even write the book himself)
his biggest challenge is to write romance novels - suzanne's diary for nicholas, sam's letters for jennifer |

malam tadi ada women's murder club kat tv2. saya tak tengok sgt (sbb tengok desperate housewive dulu) but I know ada yg tak sama dgn buku.
- ada x hubby lindsey working as her boss, dlm buku tak mention pun.
- hubby claire on wheel chair, dlm buku hubby dia saxophonist, tak mention plak laki dia on wheel chair
- jill ada bf nama luke. dlm buku dah kawin.
- jacobi is black. ada mention ke dlm buku, all this while i thot jacobi is jewish caucasian
- lindsey is a brunette. rasa2 mcm dia blonde je. |
