mungkin tak tau but they know you're using proxy. they way the blocking process works is not only based on the URL, but they use many different criteria. that's why they don't really have to worry if you used new proxy server that never existed before, unless that proxy server shows criteria that don't meet existing blocking process.

Boleh tak korang senaraikan proxy yg boleh 'memesongkan' server yg mana sstgh opis/Universiti/etc block utk surf certain sites...so guna proxy ni boleh surf lah site2 tu...
Sbb sethu aku server akan tahu cepat kalu ada proxy guidance baru yg diguna oleh student/staff dan terus dia block plak..dats why kena up2date...
yg ni aku tahu lah...(seetgh dah block after few days aku guna..cehhs!)
