pad, you boleh find more info kat citrix metaframe. boleh test drive sekali. kat sebelah kanan tu, calculate tco, you boleh calculate how much it will cost. apa jenis hardware yang perlu, kalau you ada Dell PE6850 fully loaded, tu boleh support at least 100 users (depends on how many apps you'll put on the server for the users) dan boleh buat cluster, if you want to support more users. the best way is to contact citrix directly and they should be able to tell you what you need based on your existing setup.

yaaa,betul!!!!!!especially dlm  environment SAP ke,Baan ke,Citrix is a must...Most importantly:
1)u can use a cheap network(as i said,it only use 20KBps-) in SAP(& etc)environment that normally requires much much bigger bandwidth
2)no need to maintain client-side infrastructure(no need to install Windows OS on client-side)
3)centrally managing the application infra
