hmmm.... kalau macam tu, biasanya internal routing kat recipient punye mail server. advertise email address tak sama dengan internal routing domain.
contohnye:
advertise email address: [email protected]
internal routing email address: [email protected]
so, email tu pun keliru ler sebab tak jumpa advertise email address tu. tapi, since issue ni berlaku kat 2 different clients, tu yang susah nak troubleshoot tu. pada masa yang sama, ia tak berlaku kat orang lain, betul tak? hmmmm.... mungkin dua-dua bank ni ada buat silap sikit kot! :-) member you tu ada email kat bank lain tak, selain dari bank Islam dan bank rakyat? kalau ada, still experience the same issue tak? the best way is for the bank to run a test against their mail server. kalau pass, it's not on their end. tapi, tak boleh juga nak salahkan dia orang sebab kalau macam tu, semua orang sure experience the same thing, betul tak? esbestos dah pernah test gunakan your own email account (paid and free) and see if the same thing happen?
