I know Muslims always say that Islam exist since the beginning of time, and all the prophets are actually Muslims. But at that time, it is not called Islam yet, so the people/civilization of that time, are not considered Islam yet. (Islam only exists when brought to the people by Prophet Muhammad).

Mesir is not Islam. Mesir is Egypt. They prayed to Egytian Gods during that time. So even if astronomy came from them, it is Egyptian discoveries, and not Islam discoveries

Nobody said about the beginnings of astronomical calculations. We said that MODERN astronomical principles are based on findings from the Muslim astronomers who codified astronomical knowledge from the past civilisations and in the process discovered some new things themselves. (refer wikipedia.) Can they use their naked eye to see those stars and map them?

What they mean is astronomy...it used to be the case when astronomy and astrology was intertwined and not distinguished between the other.

of course they have to use such telescope or atleast something to sekodeng the moon, stars and all.
