Ist its not an Anaconda, Its a Python. Python can grow bigger than Anacondas.

Good question.
While it is arguable if it is ethical or not,I think it is perfectly legal to publish the picture as long there is an informed consent from next-of-kin of the victim.
And yes I too find the pose of death quite unnerving.
Perhaps the newspaper should have blurred-out some part especially of the victim's to make it more 'aesthetically pleasing' but then it would alter the reality of the scene.:hmm:
