rush sebab KKM pun dah kata berkali kali - yg vaccine ni dikeluarkan pada fasa3 trial
kajian vaccine ada bermacam macam dalam dunia , vaccine dengue lah semua ni , okay contoh astra zeneca kat Oxford tu : depa buat kajian tentang coronavirus TAPI bukan covid-19 ni secara spesifik.

okay then bila pandemik ni muncul , depa turut sama membantu tapi fasa kajian masih berjalan

DAN ketika ni pun FASA KAJIAN MASIH LAGI berjalan sebab banyak yg tidak diketahui tentang

a) keberkesanan vaccine
b) apa reasi tubuh manusia bila vaccine ni berada dalam tubuh
c) sejauh mana keberkesananannya
d) apa jadi pada sistem pertahanan badan dalam jangka panjang

nak jawab persoalan ini kena faham konsep clinical trial

sebab tu akan menjawab pasai apa rush snagat dan tergesa
ada jawapan dalam bicara aratif tu

dan ketika ni pun menurut DR Norhayati syarikat syarikat vaccine ni pun tengah kumpul data

so...benda ni bukan like depa buat dan saja saja nak test kat manusia tapi konteksnya sekarang ni
angka kematian semakin tinggi
nak tunggu clinical trial yg proper kan bertahun tahun kalau fda dossier yg ada kat internet , ada dia tulsi dua pecahan study jadi makna kata benda ni masih berjalan , bukan untuk suka suka atau tak beretika tapi kena faham konteks covid-19 dan kenapa nampak rush.
dan jgn salah faham ye, ubat lain seperti diabetes, hypertension etc tu semua kalau sapa yg peka adakah bila KKM bagi ubat ada leaflet
ni nak tanya berapa org sanggup baca leaflet tu dan dalam leaflet tu ada banyak disenaraikan side effects, interactions, complication semua, ade je  ubat yg ditarik balik penggunaannya sebab sebab ada laporan study itu ini. so, benda ni ongoing pada sektor kesihatan.

so , jgn ingat yang syarikat syarikat dugs ni tak panau kesan - semua ada dokukentasi lagi masih ada pengumpulan maklumat
berdasarkan study

jadi dalam hal ini , vaccine ni dikeaurkan begitu konteksnya

jadi , satu lagi kalau ikut bicara naratif tu ada prosedur tertentu yg akan digariskan oleh KKM dan pendirian KKM

bila kuasai yang ini jadi perbincangan akan jadi lebih sihat dan tak ada tuduh menuduh atau prejudis

Kena jaga SOP sebab
1. 90% hingga 95% efektif: Maksudnya lepas dah cucuk semua orang pun tetap akan ada baki 5% manusia akan kena covid-19.
2. Perlindungan Menyeluruh ambil masa: dos 1, kemudian topup dos ke-2, tu pun ada yang sampai 2 minggu baru berkesan total.
3. Bekalan vaksin: Ambil masa nak vaksin seluruh populasi, jadi pembawa pun cukup untuk bunuh orang tersayang.

A Portuguese health worker has died two days after getting the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.

Sonia Acevedo, 41, suffered a 'sudden death' at home on New Year's Day 48 hours after receiving the jab. An autopsy is expected to take place later today or tomorrow.

The mother-of-two, who worked in paediatrics at the Portuguese Institute of Oncology in Porto, is not said to have suffered any adverse side-effects after being vaccinated.

Ms Acevedo's father Abilio Acevedo told Portuguese daily Correio da Manha: 'She was okay. She hadn't had any health problems.

'She had the Covid-19 vaccine but she didn't have any symptoms. I don't know what happened. I just want answers.

'I want to know what led to my daughter's death.'

Ms Acevedo's employers confirmed the dead woman had been vaccinated against coronavirus on December 30 and said they had not been notified of any 'undesirable effect' when she was jabbed or in the hours afterwards.

The Portuguese Institute of Oncology said in a statement: 'With regards to the sudden death of an operational assistant from the Porto IPO on January 1, 2021, the Board of Directors confirms the event and expresses sincere regret to family and friends in the certainty that this loss is also felt here.'

It added: 'The explanation of the cause of death will follow the usual procedures in these circumstances.'

Ms Acevedo had worked at IPO Porto, a national and international reference health institution in cancer treatment, research and education, for more than 10 years.

She lived with her family in Maia near Porto but died at her partner's home in Trofa half an hour's drive north of the northern Portuguese city.

She changed her profile pic on Facebook shortly after her jab to post a selfie with a face mask on and the message: 'Covid-19 vaccinated.'

Her father told Portuguese press he got the call to say she had been found dead around 11am last Friday morning hours after they ate together on New Years Eve, adding: 'My daughter left home and I never saw her alive again.'

Ms Acevedo's daughter Vania Figueredo said her mum had only complained about the 'normal' discomfort in the area where she was jabbed but was otherwise fine.

The health worker was one of 538 Porto IPO workers who received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Portugal's Ministry of Health has been informed.

Portugal, with a population of just over 10 million, has reported 7,118 deaths and more than 427,000 cases.

After a relatively mild first wave, cases rose sharply in the second and have spiked again since Christmas.

Dari 800,000 doses (kalu tak silap), UK ada 2 kes adverse allergic reactions, tapi recovered.
Ini yg first roll out vaccination....yg latest tak tau.

Laju sebab ia guna teknik mRNA. Dan banyak lg sebab dr amalina ada explain in laymans term.

Kena tunggu data banyak dulu la. Masa trial peratus kematian within acceptable range so memang akan ada yg mati la bila mass macam ni. Allergic ke. Lama2 baru boleh pinpoint exactly. Collateral damage.
