nanayaya: Masalahnya bila diet, migrain gastrik la..susahnya nk turun berat badan lepas bersalin..dia lepas bersalin ok lepas tu naik mcm dipam pam


Banyak faktor kenapa berat badan susah nak turun. Kena tau apa punca nya. Hakak pun ada gastrik. Punca gastrik sebab makan tak menentu waktu pun boleh jadi punca walaupun cukup je makan.

Kena rajin exercise.
Makan nasi tak salah, tp portion tu tkleh banyak.
Kalau mampu beli la fitness punya / smart watch yang boleh track steps, heart rate dan kira calori after exercise.
Monitor dari situ.
At least 1 hari kena cecah 10k steps tau
