Kann.. x perlu rasa empati ke.. simpati ke... kecuaian mak budak tu.. ingat kapal terbang boleh suka2 patah balik mcm naik teksi ke?? |

I just want to share the story about what happened in our flight. I just cannot take some comments saying “what kind of mother she is “ and etc without actually hearing her side of the story. They were separated on ground because the mother was assisting an old lady, probably her own mother. Due to language barrier, she used the word FORGOT when she was actually referring to LEFT BEHIND because she can’t describe the situation at that moment as she was in panic.
She did not actually leave her kids alone but rather her kids were with the other members of her family, her sister, as they were a big family traveling together with different seats arrangement. Most of them were traveling for the first time. The airport was very busy at that time, boarding at the same time for most of the Far East destination, KL, Jakarta, Manila, China port.. they were separated at the boarding gates. She knew from the beginning that her kids were not with her were still at the terminal and she informed us. Somebody assured that they will be boarding with the next batch of passengers but to our surprise her family was still not onboard.
She really did her best and even asked the captain if she can go down and not continue if they cannot find her family.
So, let’s not judge her for this ONE incident.
FYI , we didn’t take off yet, we just pushed back. The aircraft was still on ground.

Dari boarding gate kena naik bus ke aircraft. Kalau families separated mesti haru pada yang tak biasa. Bus hantar ke plane yang salah pun biasa terjadi. |
