Ketika bersekolah rendah, saya membaca buku-buku kepunyaan pakcik.  Antara buku kegemaran saya adalah:

1.  HAMKA  - Tenggelamnya kapal van der Wijck
2.  S. Sastrawinata -  Hikayat Panji Semirang

Penulisan yang agak berat untuk umur saya ketika itu, tetapi ia memupuk minat untuk terus membaca.

Kini, antara penulis kegemaran saya:

1.  John Grisham - saya membeli kesemua bukunya
2.  David Baldacci
3.  Robert Ludlum's
4.  James Patterson

1. Siri Salma - sanggup berahis duit beli masa zaman sekolah rendah. Masa tu harga buku satu 2.90.
2) Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich - abang ipar Nicholas II emperor russia terakhir. Paling suka Always a Grand Duke. Ada cerita macamana dia dibantu oleh armada Britain utk lari dr Russia. Pastu kesusahan hidup sbagai emigre/pelarian. Tak pegi Britain pn xlepas sbb kerajaan British xbenarkn. Once a Grand Duke pun best. More to historical inside deal dgn apa yg terjadi sblum 1917 Nicholas II turun takhta.

2) Princess Catherine Radziwill. Aristokrat Poland yg menulis memoir/autobio tentang royalty zama late 19th century till early 20th century.

7) Allen Upward - classic literature
8) Imbert de Saint Amand. Late french historian deal with french old regime dan french empire ( Napoleon Dynasty).

Novelis Ramlee Awang Murshid so far meolls buat koleksi karangan novel beliau, bermula dengan Tombirou lepaih tu terus jatuh hati dengan cara penulisan dan gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh RAM. Bila dah khatam Tombirou terus cari novel2 karangan RAM yang lain dan so far paling mencabar nak khatam adalah koleksi karangan Sutera Bidadari; ini kena baca dari novel awal baru boleh faham plot huhu...
